邻近在建地铁的旧房屋容许变形计算方法探讨
Discussion on the Calculation of Permissible Deformations for Old Buildings near the Metro Construction Site
【摘要】 说明房屋的容许变形是制定地铁隧道施工方法的前提,提出基于旧房屋的破损情况来反分析确定容许变形值的方法,建立建筑物破坏等级划分比较表,明确对于大刚度建筑物采用倾斜度(差异沉降)、小刚度建筑物采用裂缝宽度表征破坏,并给出相应的容许变形计算方法。工程实例证明,该方法简便、可行。
【Abstract】 Permissible deformations of surface buildings are the premise for drafting the construction option of metro tunnels. The author adopted the back analysis method to calculate permissible deformations based on the damaged condition of old houses,compiled the table of damage levels of buildings,setting inclinations (settlements difference) as the damage criterion for buildings with larger stiffness and crack widths for the buildings with smaller stiffness,with corresponding calculation method of permissible deformations appended. Project examples indicate that the method is simple and feasible.
