敞口锚固式储罐壳液耦合有限元分析
Finite element analysis of the exposure anchored tank based on shell and fluid coupling
【摘要】 为获得储罐的自振特性(频率和振型),建立2 000m3敞口锚固式储罐有限元模型,分析储罐壳液耦合模态,得到储罐的前3阶储液晃动频率(0.247,0.418,0.517Hz)、壳液耦合振动频率(6.087,12.748,21.77Hz)及相应的振型,其中晃动频率与振动频率分别与文献对比最小和最大误差分别为1.2%,4.4%和2.5%,10.6%;储液晃动和壳液振动的基本频率与立式圆筒形钢制焊接油罐设计规范计算结果对比最小和最大误差分别为1.2%和2.6%;给出壳液耦合储罐的振动规律.结果表明:当储罐振动频率为0~1.000Hz时,振型包含自由液面的局部波动和储液晃动,自由液面的局部波动发生在储液晃动前;当储罐振动频率大于1.000Hz时,为壳液耦合振动,其中包含cosθ型梁式振动和周向cos nθ多波振动.
【Abstract】 Earthquake response of structure was determined by the vibration properties of earthquake and structure properties,accurately grasping the vibration characteristics of tank(frequency and mode shapes) was the prerequisite for seismic design of storage tanks.In this paper,a finite element model in the common project exposure anchored 2000m3 tanks has been established by finite element software ANSYS to calculate the first 3 sloshing frequencies of liquid(0.247,0.418,0.517 Hz) and frequencies of beam modes(6.087,12.748,21.77 Hz),it is compared with the results of standard formula and the literature,the two works are permissible error range.Vibration law of tanks has been analyzed,it proves cos θ-type beam modes played a major role in seismic performance of tanks.This can be used as a reference for similar projects.
