水平井同井注采技术
Injection-production technique for the same horizontal well
【摘要】 针对中高渗透油藏、致密油藏水平井开采过程中存在注水见效不明显、裂缝水窜等问题,设计了3种致密油藏水平井井下注采控制装置,提出了水平井同井注采工艺,并分析了油藏适应性。对于中高渗透油藏高含水水平井,关闭注水井,采用部分水平井井段注水、部分井段采油的同井注采方法,能够改变水驱方向,充分挖掘剩余油潜力;对于致密油藏,采用数值模拟方法研究了储层物性和压裂工艺对同井缝间异步注采的影响。研究表明,水平井同井注采技术能够显著提高水驱波及面积,实现均匀水驱,控制油井含水率,提高油井产量,同时减少注水井数,具有良好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 In consideration of the existed problems in the process of horizontal well development in medium-high-permeability and tight oil reservoirs, such as undefined effects of the water-flooding and fracture water channeling etc., three kinds of down-hole injection-production controlling devices were designed for the horizontal well in the tight oil reservoir, three kinds of same/single-well injection-production technologies were innovated and put forward, and moreover the corresponding reservoir adaptability was analyzed. For the high-watercut horizontal wells in medium-high permeability reservoirs, the water injecting wells were closed, the partial well intervals were injected and produced for the same horizontal well, thus the direction of the water flooding was changed and the potential of the remained oil was fully tapped;for the tight oil reservoirs, with the help of the numerical simulation method, the influences of the reservoir physical properties and fracturing technology on the asynchronous injection and production among the fractures within the same well were studied. The study results show that the injection-production technique of the single horizontal well can significantly improve the swept area of the water flooding, achieve evenly water flooding, control the water cut of the oil well, increase the oil production, and meanwhile reduce the number of the water injecting well, so the better application prospects have been shown.
