多学科方法在优化薄油层水平井地质设计及现场导向中的应用

【摘要】 根据葡萄花油层剩余未动用储量的现状及特点,优选了水平井拟布井区块。通过采用地震解释、地质建模、数值模拟、经济评价等多学科方法精细地质研究,搞清了拟布水平井地区储层特征,论证了水平井可行性,优化了井位设计。在现场钻井过程中,采用LWD监控仪、综合录井仪、岩屑录井、地震解释、地质模型等多种技术手段相结合,实时监控,进行综合分析,为地质导向提供依据,并准确地指导了钻井轨迹运行,实现了在不到2m的超薄单砂层中穿行,达到了较高的砂岩钻遇率,并成功的穿越了小断层,实现了二次着陆。投产后水平井产量超过了直井的3倍,达到了方案预测指标,见到了良好的经济效益。水平井钻井的成功,为低丰度葡萄花油层的有效动用开辟了新的途径。

【Abstract】 According to current conditions and characteristics of remained reserves in Putaohua oil layers, the block to be drilled for horizontal wells has been selected. The reservoir characteristics of the block have been described through multidisciplinary research methods, such as seismic interpretation, geologic modeling, numerical analog, etc. During well drilling, LWD monitoring device, comprehensive logging device, cutting logging, seismic interpretation, geologic models, and many other technical measurements had been used for real-time monitoring and comprehensive analysis. What had been done helped geosteering, and the putting forward of drilling track. The horizontal wells drilled in ultra thin single sand layer with the thickness of less than 2m, and the penetration rate for sandstone was higher. After putting into production, the production of horizontal well was 3 times that of vertical well. The estimated indexes of the plan were obtained with good economic benefits. The success of drilling horizontal wells can be a new way for the effective development in Putaohua oil layers with low abundance.
