新型火电厂主厂房混合结构异型边节点抗震性能试验研究

【摘要】 为了进一步论证一种可用于高烈度区的新型火电厂混合结构主厂房的可行性,针对主厂房中存在高梁变截面柱构成的异型边节点,进行了3榀缩尺比例1/5的低周反复加载试验.对不同墙体形式、不同轴压比下异型节点的破坏形态、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、延性性能、耗能能力以及强度、刚度的退化进行了研究.结果表明,新型异型节点中横墙的设置可以有效避免柱铰的形成,使破坏集中在墙体和梁上,减轻节点的破坏,有利于震后的修复加固.而纵墙的存在可以阻碍节点区裂缝的连通发展,平衡正、负向位移下的承载力的差异,提高延性和耗能能力.对于无墙节点,分析了其发生剪切黏结裂缝的原因.最后对比证明了带有横、纵墙的型钢混凝土异型节点具有最优的抗震性能且其延性系数μ≥3满足一般构件在抗震作用的延性要求,可以推广使用.

【Abstract】 To further prove the possibility of the main powerhouse with a hybrid structure of a new thermal power plant in the high-intensity region,aiming at the seismic behaviors of the abnormal exterior joints consisting of deep beam and column with abruptly changed sections,cyclic loading tests were carried out on three 1/5-scale joints.The study was focused on the joints’ failure mode,hysteretic loops,skeleton curves,ductility,energy dissipation and strength and stiffness decay under different shear wall settings and axial loads.The results indicate that a cross wall can avoid the form of a plastic hinge in columns,make the crack mostly happen in the wall and the beam,and alleviate the joint destruction;it’s a type which is easy to fix.A longitudinal wall can hold back crack development in the joint core,increase the strength under positive displacement which is almost equal to the strength under the negative displacement,and improve the ductility and energy dissipation.As for the joint without walls,the reason of its bond-slip is analyzed.By contrast with other joints,it is testified that the abnormal joints with cross and longitudinal walls have the best seismic behaviors and the ductility parameter is over 3 which is suitable to be used in the seismic region.
