燃煤电厂除尘设备超低排放改造性能评价

【摘要】 新的环保政策要求燃煤电厂烟尘排放浓度低于5 mg/Nm~3以达到超低排放标准,为达到标准要求,黑龙江某燃煤电厂对其2、3号机组采用不同路线进行超低排放改造,对不同改造路线进行系统研究,分析各改造路线技术原理及特点,并对改造后设备进行性能试验,试验结果表明,2号机组改造烟尘排放浓度为3.46 mg/Nm~3,3号机组改造后烟尘排放浓度为3.85 mg/Nm~3,两种改造路线均可达到5 mg/Nm~3的排放限值要求,且设备运行可靠稳定。

【Abstract】 The new environmental policy requires emission concentrations below 5 mg/Nm~3 to meet ultra-low emission standards. In order to reach the new standards, a coal-fired power plant in Heilongjiang province conducted the ultra low emission retrofit on its unit 2 and unit 3 in separate ways. The principle and characteristics of main retrofit technology are studied and analyzed in this paper, and the retrofited equipment performance test is conducted. The test results show that the dust emission concentration of unit 2 is 3.46 mg/Nm~3, while the dust emission concentration of unit 3 is 3.85 mg/Nm~3. Both of the retrofit routes can meet the emission limit of 5 mg/Nm~3, and the equipment runs stably and reliably.
