【摘要】 目的:观察分析心理干预在对灾难伤员护理中的作用。方法:抽取在汶川大地震后我院收治的受灾伤员21例,通过对他们的心理干预,分析比较他们在心理干预前后的精神状态、生活观念、恢复质量及对护理质量的满意度等状况。结果:21例灾区伤员在心理干预后,恢复状况明显好于进行心理干预前期的状况,且精神状态良好,生活观念积极,有助于后期疾病的恢复。结论:心理干预对灾害伤员有明显的教育指导作用,对提高该类人群的生存质量有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe and analyze the affect of wounded soldier of calamity with mental intervention.Methods:To draw 21 cases of our hospital from Wen Chuan Earthquake,Using the mental intervention to all patients,to analyze and compare the condition of spirit condition,livelihood concept,recovering quality and contentment degree of nursing after mental invention.Results:After mental intervention,the condition of 21 cases are obversliy better than before,and they all have good spirit condition,positive livelihood concept,conducing to recover later stage of disease.Conclusions:Mental intervention had the obviously affect of education and guiding to patients who had suffer from calamity,It was important meaning to bring up the quality of life.更多还原
