中国大陆及华北地区地震资料的小波分析
WAVELET ANALYSIS OF SEISMIC DATA IN CHINESE MAINLAND AND NORTH CHINA
【摘要】 基于地震活动为多尺度多活动这一观点 ,运用小波变换方法 ,以不同的小波尺度分析了中国大陆 190 0~ 2 0 0 1年和华北地区 15 0 0~ 2 0 0 1年M≥ 5地震的本尼奥夫应变资料 ,得到了各种层次地震活跃期和平静期 ,分析结果可信而又符合实际 ,对历史地震研究和地震危险性预测具有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the viewpoint that seismicity has multi-scale active and quiet periods is emphasized.The Benioff strain data caused by M≥5 earthquakes in Chinese mainland from 1900 to 2001 and North China from 1500 to 2001 are calculated in the period of 0.1 year and then analyzed by using wavelet transform in various scales. Thus multi-scale seismically active and quiet periods are obtained. The result is reliable and important for the study of historical earthquakes and seismic risk analysis.
