【Abstract】 In the paper,the synthetical decision-making criteria for initial aseismic capacity of a building and its strengthening tactics is proposed. The relationship between the cost of the building and its initial aseismic capacity and some other relationships are analyzed. According to optimum control theory,a method of dynamic decision-making for the initial aseismic capacity of a building and its strengthening tactics is put forward and an example is given to illustrate the application and efficiency of the method.更多还原
