建筑物抗震设防水平及其加固策略的动态决策方法

【摘要】 本文将建筑物抗震设防水平与其加固策略统一考虑,提出了其决策准则,讨论了建筑物造价与其抗震设防水平等关系。根据最优控制理论,建立了建筑物抗震设防水平及其加固策略的动态决策方法。最后以一个算例说明该方法的应用和所产生的经济效益。

【Abstract】 In the paper,the synthetical decision-making criteria for initial aseismic capacity of a building and its strengthening tactics is proposed. The relationship between the cost of the building and its initial aseismic capacity and some other relationships are analyzed. According to optimum control theory,a method of dynamic decision-making for the initial aseismic capacity of a building and its strengthening tactics is put forward and an example is given to illustrate the application and efficiency of the method.
