微波与NiZn铁氧体复合活化过硫酸钠处理污水实验研究
Expermential research on wastewater treatment by sodium persulfate activated by microwave and NiZn ferrites
【摘要】 首先制备了NiZn铁氧体材料,然后采用NiZn铁氧体与微波复合活化过硫酸钠(PS)产生硫酸自由基处理垃圾渗滤液,研究不同因素对这种污水处理的影响,比较不同组合工艺处理的效果。研究结果表明,COD(化学需氧量)去除率随着铁氧体用量、过硫酸钠用量、微波功率的增加而增大,而在铁氧体用量超过1 g/L后,COD去除率有少量的减小,体系初始pH值对COD的去除率影响不明显;在NiZn铁氧体用量为1g/L、过硫酸钠用量为0.1mol/L、体系初始pH=5和微波功率为700 W时,垃圾渗滤液中的COD去除率为97.13%;不同工艺方法对污水处理效果显示,MW(微波)-NiZn铁氧体-PS(过硫酸钠)工艺对垃圾渗滤液中COD去除率明显高于其他处理,微波、NiZn铁氧体和过硫酸钠之间存在协同效应。
【Abstract】 NiZn ferrite was prepared firstly, and the sodium persulfate activated by microwave and NiZn ferrites was originally applied to disposal wastewater. The effect of different factors including NiZn ferrites and sodium persulfate dosage,microwave power and initial pH value on the wastewater disposal was researched, and the comparison between efficiency of wastewater disposal of different processes was studied. The COD removal increases with increasing NiZn ferrites, and sodium persulfate dosage and microwave power, while a slight decrease in COD removal was observed when the NiZn ferrites dosage exceeds 1 g/L. The COD removal shows less dependence on the pH value. The optimal condition was that: 1 g/L of NiZn ferrites dosage, 0.1 mol/L of sodium persulfate dosage, 700 W of microwave power, and initial pH value 9. Under the optimal condition, the COD removal rate reaches 97.13 %. The comparison in experiments show that the rates of COD removal in the process of MW-NiZn-PS(sodium persulfate) were remarkably higher than that of other treatments. There might be certain cooperation actions in MW-NiZn-PS system during the degradation of COD.
