【Abstract】 China is one of the major consumers of mineral resources in the world. In recent years, China’s consumption of mine resources has become increasingly large. With the increasing shortage of human exploitation and the development of new energy resources, the construction progress is far from meeting the needs of the society as a whole. This is the problem that our country has to face, in order to realize sustainable development strategy, scientific and effective development of new energy is the core of China’s address resources exploration.
