【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the technical characteristics of paper industry, and puts forward referential views on college-enterprise cooperation in vocational training, which provides practical references for the supply-side structural reform of the paper industry. "N+1 apprenticeship" collegeenterprise cooperation is proposed in this paper, which is closely related to students recruitment in vocational colleges and the recruitment of paper mills.
