预处理对回收包装纸颗粒分散性的影响
Effect of Pretreatment Methods on Dispersion Properties of Recycled Packaging Paper Particle
【摘要】 研究了氢氧化钠(NaOH)、硅酸钠(Na2SiO3)、碳酸钠(Na2CO3)三种试剂预处理后的回收包装纸颗粒粒径分布以及不同预处理条件对纸粉出粉率、形态的影响,得出了较优的处理工艺,以解决其作为填料制备高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)基纸塑复合材料时由于结团堵塞挤出机、架桥等问题。分析了氢氧化钠预处理回收包装纸纤维的分散特性,结果表明,这三种试剂中NaOH预处理效果最好,在NaOH浓度为3.5%,浴比为1∶12,常温处理40min的条件下,可获得分散性良好,出粉率较高的纸粉。
【Abstract】 Particle size distribution of recycled packaging paper after pretreatment with sodium hydroxide(NaOH),sodium silicate(Na2SiO3)and sodium carbonate(Na2CO3)was studied,and the effects of pretreatment conditions on the paper powder yield and particle morphology was also investigated.Based on the investigation,a better processing technology was obtianed,and some problems such as clog extruder due to knotting and particle bridging were overcome when it was used as a filler to produce HDPE-based paper-plastic composite materials.Dispersion properties of the recycled packaging paper fibers were analyzed by using conventional methods.Results showed that the pretreatment effect of NaOH was the best among those three reagents,high dispersibility and a high yield of paper powder can be obtained under the condition of NaOH concentration 3.5%,bath ratio 1∶12 and impregnated at room temperature for 40 min.
