地震荷载作用下Fe/Zn复合材料的性能研究
Study of Fe/Zn composites under earthquake load
【摘要】 为了节约试验经费、加快试验进度、减少试验次数,应用ANSYS软件,采用数值仿真的方法,首次对Fe/Zn复合材料在地震荷载作用下的极限变形与延性、恢复力模型、耗能能力及滞回特性加以研究.计算出极限载荷下Fe/Zn复合材料试件Y向的应力、总应变、塑性功及弹性应变.结果表明:Fe/Zn复合材料中Zn在地震波的作用下发生塑性变形,使地震的能量消耗于复合材料的Zn的塑性变形中,从而保证结构的整体安全.
【Abstract】 For the sake of the economy,the rate of experiment progress,and reducing experiment number of times,this paper applied ANSYS software and numerical simulation method to research about extreme limit deformation and ductility,restoring force model,dissipation of energy,and hysteresis property for the very first time to Fe/Zn composites under earthquake load.It has been computed for direct stress,total strain,plastic deformation work,and elastic strain of Fe/Zn composites under an extreme limit load.The results show:In the Fe/Zn compound material,Zn occur plastic deformation under the function of earthquake wave,making the seismic energy consume in the Zn plasitc transformation of compound material,promise thus structure of whole safety.
