光催化下的BiVO4材料的合成与表征
The Synthesis and Characterization of BiVO4 Materials under Photocatalysis
【摘要】 围绕目前常用的处理化学污染的方法存在效率低、易产生二次污染、消耗能量高等问题,针对现在被人们普遍关注的具有能隙窄、可见光催化活性高等优点的新型可见光响应型光催化材料钒酸饿(BiVO4),提出采用水热法合成BiVO4光催化材料,通过对合成的样品进行XRD、SEM表征,以罗丹明B为催化降解剂,添加物质的量比不同的CTAB。在可见光下,探究BiVO4的光催化活性性能。实验研究表明,反应物物质的量比n(Bi)∶n(V)∶n(CTAB)是1∶1∶1,温度180℃、时间24h的条件下可制备出结晶良好的片状BiVO4晶体,且制备的样品具有最优的光催化性能。
【Abstract】 There are problems such as low efficiency,secondary pollution and high energy consumption in the commonly used methods to deal with chemical pollution.Bismuth vanadate(BiVO4),as a new photocatalytic material responsive to visible light,has been widely concerned due to its advantages of narrow energy gap and high visible light catalytic activity.In this paper,BiVO4 photocatalytic materials are synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis,and the synthesized samples are characterized by XRD and SEM.Rhodamine B is used as the catalytic degradation agent,and CTAB with different mole ratios has been added to explore the photocatalytic activity of BiVO4 in visible light.Experimental study shows that with the conditions of the ratio of reactants n(Bi)∶n(V)∶n(CTAB)=1∶1∶1,the temperature is 180 ℃,the time of 24 h,good flake BiVO4 crystals can be prepared with good crystallization,and the preparation sample has the best photocatalytic propertiy.
