【Abstract】 This paper discusses the factors influencing towing stability of deep-sea self-elevated units through example analysis,and presents the method to draw the platform motion limit curve.Then it outlines the features of fatigue deterministic analysis and spectral analysis of tubular joints of leg,sets up the processes and ascertains its feasibility,and discusses the application of platform seismic response spectral method.更多还原
