龙滩电站左岸导流洞爆破施工新技术
New Techmology of Blasting Implementation for Diversion Tunnel of Longtan Hydropower Station
【摘要】 全面论述了为加快龙滩电站导流洞工程进度的措施,采用先进的地下装药车技术加快了导流洞上半洞圆弧断面的施工,炮孔利用率由原来70%左右提高到90%以上,首次采用先进的混装车技术加快导流洞下半洞深槽断面的施工,解决了深孔(指12m左右)水孔装药和爆破效果,提高了挖掘效率,该项新技术通过爆破震动监测达到规定范围,值得推广应用。
【Abstract】 To quicken the implementation of excavating the diversion tunnel in the Longtan hydropower station, a new technology of mixed charging vehicle underground was adopted to quicken the implementation of arc setion of the turnnel. The utilization ratio of holes increases to 90% from 70%.The problems of charging in deephole water (12m) are solved,the blasting effectiveness and excavation efficiency are improved. The technology meets the requirments after being applied in vibration monitoring.
