5个构树地方品种耐寒性状研究

【摘要】 【目的】为了筛选构树可以用于全基因组关联分析的耐寒指标。【方法】在构树越冬前芽组休眠的过程中截取枝条顶端部位,测定含水量、木质素含量以及木质部占横截面的比例,分析不同种源构树耐寒性。【结果】在越冬前休眠的过程中,北方来源的构树枝条含水量低于南方来源的构树,木质部占横截面的比例以及木质素含量高于南方来源的构树,而枝条含水量、木质部占横截面的比例以及木质素含量直接影响植株的耐寒性。【结论】南北方构树在越冬的过程中对低温的抵抗能力有显著的差异,枝条含水量、木质部占横截面的比例以及木质素含量直接影响构树的安全越冬。

【Abstract】 【Objective】The parameters of chilling tolerance and the difference of chilling tolerance in five local varieties of Broussonetia papyrifera were analyzed in this study.These could help us to choose the indexes for genome-wide association study.【Methods】The difference of chilling tolerance in 5 local varieties of Broussonetia papyrifera were determined by water content,lignin content and the ratio of xylem area to cross section of the shoot top part during the dormancy before overwintering.【Results】The water content of B.papyriferafrom northern was lower than that from southern,while B.papyriferafrom north had higher lignin content and the ratio of xylem area to cross section of the shoot top part than that from southern.【Conclusion】There is different of chilling tolerance between southern B.papyrifera and northern B.papyrifera,and water content,lignin content in branches and the ratio of xylem area to cross section of the shoot top part can directly affect thesafely overwintering of B.papyrifera.
