【Abstract】 Since the 18 th National Congress,the CPC Central committee,with General Secretary Xi Jinping as its core,has attached great importance to the construction of ecological civilization and integrated it into the overall layout of "five in one",which shows that Xi Jinping′ s governance and ecological civilization construction are inherently unified and inseparable. Xi Jinping′s governance has profound ecological implication and ecological logic. The construction of ecological civilization is an important basis of Xi Jinping′ s governance.
