骨料型改性灌浆料的工作性能试验研究

【摘要】 设计骨料型改性灌浆料的配合比,通过试验,测试了改性灌浆料的工作性能,研究了影响拌和物的填充性、间隙通过性以及抗离析性的因素。实验结果表明,骨料型改性灌浆料对加水量较为敏感;并且粗骨料含量越多,改性灌浆料T500流动时间越短,坍落扩展度(SF)越大。

【Abstract】 Mix proportions of aggregate modified grouting materials were designed in this paper.Through the test,workability of modified grouting materials was studied;moreover,filling ability,passing ability and segregation resistance were researched with emphasis.The test results indicated that the influence of water was more obvious to aggregate modified grouting materials;T500 flow time of modified grouting materials to be shorter,slump flow(SF) was bigger when coarse aggregate ratio were more.
