高油酸花生新品系丰产性与播种出苗期耐低温高湿田间评价
Evaluation on Productivity of New High Oleic Peanut Lines and Field Tolerance to Low Temperature and High Moisture during Sowing to Emergence Period
【摘要】 对18份高油酸花生品系进行产量鉴定、品质分析,并通过春季分期提早播种的方式鉴定其对低温高湿的反应。结果获得3期(4月13日、4月16日和4月19日)播种出苗率均不低于60%的高油酸品系两份(18S14、18L64)、3期出苗率均不低于43.33%的高油酸品系两份(18L46、18S5),明显优于两个普通油酸对照品种(花育20号和花育33号)。其中18S14第1期播种出苗最早,始苗积温287.10℃,比其它同期参试材料低81℃。本研究为耐低温高湿高油酸花生育种奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 Eighteen high oleic peanut lines were evaluated for productivity, quality and responses to low temperature and high humidity of soil conditions through early sowing in spring. The results showed that two high oleic acid strains(18S14, 18L64) with seedling emergence rates of no less than 60% and two high oleic acid strains(18L46, 18S5) with seedling emergence rates of no less than 43.33% were obtained at three sowing time(April 13, April 16 and April 19), which were significantly superior to two common oleic acid varieties(Huayu 20 and Huayu 33). The seedling emergence of the first sowing time of 18S14 was the earliest, and the cumulative temperature of the initial seedling was 287.10℃, which was 81℃ lower than that of the other materials at the same sowing time. This study laid a foundation for peanut breeding with low temperature resistance, high humidity and high oleic acid.
