基于MAS的网络化三维协同设计研究

【摘要】 网络化制造是在经济全球化、制造企业生产模式和管理方法正在发生着深刻的变革的背景下产生和发展的一种先进制造模式,是现代制造业发展的主要趋势。随着信息技术和网络技术的飞速发展,网络化制造正日益成为制造业研究和实践的热门领域。网络化协同设计是网络化制造领域的重要组成技术,是随着计算机和网络化技术发展起来的一种新的设计模式:即在计算机技术支持的网络环境中,一个群体协同工作完成产品设计任务。对传统CAD技术及其设计模式而言,网络化协同设计是一项具有划时代意义的技术进步,它从根本上缩短了产品的开发周期,降低了产品设计成本,提高了企业的竞争力,成为未来企业发展的核心技术之一。本文结合所承担的辽宁省重大科技攻关项目“辽宁省发展网络化制造对策与支持网络化制造系统平台研究”(项目编号:2003220025)和辽宁省科技基金项目“基于CSCW远程控制的机械装备协同设计技术研究”(项目编号:105057),对基于MAS的网络化三维协同设计的体系结构模型、支持面向项目管理的“多用户、多任务”的协同设计关键技术进行了深入的研究,并以制造企业具体的机械产品设计项目为应用对象,开发构建了制造企业机械产品的网络化三维协同设计系统平台,为制造企业实施产品网络化协同设计奠定了技术基础。本论文完成的主要研究工作如下:(1)对网络化制造技术的概念、特点和主要研究内容进行了综述,并分析了网络化协同设计技术在网络化制造中的概念、地位和意义,明确了网络化协同设计的发展方向和研究内容。(2)系统地研究了网络化协同设计的工作模式、多Agent系统,构建出具有C/S三层结构的、基于MAS的三维协同设计的功能和体系结构模型,并构造出该体系结构中各Agent的一般结构模型,奠定了本研究的理论基础和实施框架;(3)提出了面向项目管理的、支持“多用户、多任务”操作的三维协同设计模式,并根据基于MAS的网络化三维设计的工作流程,采用模糊层次分析算法(F-AHP:Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process)和设计结构矩阵(D SM:Design Structure Matrix)方法,对协作伙伴选择和任务分解与分配等项目协同的关键技术进行研究,实现了面向矩阵式项目管理的协同设计。(4)提出了基于SQL Server的数据库创建和OLE DB数据库访问的数据服务技术、基于XML Web Services的数据通讯技术和基于COM组件的客户端开发技术在本协同设计系统实现的解决方案,研究了基于MAS的三维网络化协同设计系统的实现技术,(5)根据相关项目研究提出的网络化协同设计系统实现目标,结合基本理论与关键技术研究,开发了基于MAS的网络化三维协同设计的工程化原型系统,并结合制造企业的产品设计项目进行了系统平台的工程化应用验证。

【Abstract】 Networked manufacturing is becoming an advanced product manufacturing mode, with the development of economic globalization and significant revolution of production pattern and management method, and is becoming a leading technology for manufacturing industry. The corresponding technologies of networked manufacturing more and more become the focus in the domain of manufacturing research and implementation.Networked collaborative design is one important technology in the field of networked manufacturing, and a new design pattern with technical development of computer and network. It is defined as that designers collaborate with any other member of a workgroup to finish one design task in network supported by computer. Networked collaborative design is a technical advancement with an epoch-making significance to the traditional CAD technology and its design pattern. It would become one of the key technology in enterprises for reason that the product development period would be radically shorten, the design costs would be reduced and the competitive power would be enhanced through technically implementing the networked collaborative design.In this dissertation, the systemic research on architecture model of the 3D networked collaborative design based on MAS and the key technologies of the system platform realization supported "multi-client & multi-task" project management were made, and this is combined with Liaoning province momentous scientific & technical project "Research on constructive strategy on networked manufacturing and platform supported networked manufacturing" (No.20032200025) and Liaoning province scientific & technical fund project "Research on collaborative design about mechanical equipment based on CSCW remote control"(No.105057).The collaborative design archetypal platform for manufacturing enterprises was developed and established according to corresponding research, which is the technical foundation for implementing the networked collaborative design technology in the manufacturing enterprises.The major works of this dissertation are described as follows:(1) The conception, characteristic and important content of networked manufacturing are investigated and summarized. Consequently, the development and the researching contents of computer supported collaborative design (CSCD)are confirmed by analyzing the CSCD’s definition, status and significance in domain of networked manufacturing. (2) The operation patterns of the CSCD are systemically analysis, as well as Multi-Agent system. The functional and the architectural models are established, which is supported the mechanism of oriented project-management and supported "multi-client & multi-task". Subsequently, the general Agent model of 3D CSCD system architecture based on MAS is constructed. These are the theoretical foundation and implementing framework of the whole thesis.(3) The 3D collaborative design mechanism of oriented project-management and supported "multi-client & multi-task" is put forward. And according to the workflow of the 3D CSCD based on MAS, the algorithm of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) is employed in choosing partners, and the method of Design Structure Matrix (DSM) is applied in process of decomposing and assigning design tasks. These fulfill matrix project management mechanism of collaborative design.(4) The key techniques of 3D networked collaborative design system based on MAS were researched. The database creation based on SQL Server and its accessing mechanism based on OLE DB were applied in system data services technique, the data communication technique based on XML Web Services and developing client application based on COM technology were employed in the key techniques fulfillment.(5) In the base of theoretical foundation and key techniques fulfillment, the archetypal system platform of the 3D networked collaborative design based on MAS was built according to the corresponding projects’demand. The platform operating performance was test aiming at practice mechanical product collaborative design for certain manufacturing enterprise.
