寺河矿高瓦斯抽放与突出综合防治技术试验研究

【摘要】 运用理论分析、数值模拟、实验室试验和现场试验,研究了寺河矿主采3#煤层的瓦斯地质赋存及瓦斯涌出、抽放和煤与瓦斯突出等问题,建立了适合寺河矿实际生产情况的高瓦斯治理技术体系。研究了不同围压煤岩中瓦斯渗透特征,分析寺河矿回采和掘进面的瓦斯涌出规律,建立了采掘面瓦斯涌出预测模型,获得了矿区地质构造特征对瓦斯赋存与分布影响及采掘面的瓦斯涌出规律;根据现场实验结果,对寺河矿的瓦斯抽放钻孔参数进行优化,得到了适合寺河矿的区域和局部瓦斯抽放和突出防治技术参数;研究了多切缝管深孔预裂松动爆破技术防治高瓦斯突出煤层作用机理,运用FLAC3D软件分析了工作面推进过程中煤层应力变化,获得了采动工作面应力场分布特征,提出了适合掘进面突出危险性日常预测方法和局部防突措施。

【Abstract】 Making full use of methods such as theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, laboratory test and field test, this paper studies the problems such as geological occurrence of gas, gas emission, gas drainage, coal and gas outburst etc. of 3# coal seam in Sihe Mine, to explore a high gas treatment technologies model in Sihe Mine. This paper analyzes in detail the feature of geological structure and gas geology regularity of Jincheng mining area, and studies gas permeability in coal under different confining pressures, then after analyzing and summarizing gas emission law of coal face and heading face in Sihe Mine, builds forecast model for gas emission in workface. Based on the field test results, the author simulates gas drainage effect under different drilling parameters, optimizes drilling drainage parameters and acquires technology parameters of area and local gas drainage and outburst preventing. In addition, the mechanism of multiply split tube and deep hole loosen Pre-splitting Blasting used to prevent and control the high gas outburst coal seam is studied. FLAC3D software is used to analyze the changes of the coal seam stress for the advance of working face to get the features of stress distribution field of working face and submit some ordinary forecast method and measurement used in driving face and prevent local outburst measurement.
