级配碎石基层沥青路面材料与结构特性研究

【摘要】 在温度和湿度变化作用下,半刚性基层容易产生收缩开裂,从而导致沥青面层内产生反射裂缝,进而诱发其它病害。针对这一问题,如何从路面结构角度出发,来减少沥青路面早期破坏已迫在眉睫。本文就级配碎石基层沥青路面、设有级配碎石层的半刚性基层沥青路面进行了研究。首先,在规范推荐的骨架密实型级配基础上,通过填充试验,对级配碎石骨架结构进行了优化,得到了设计级配,并用CBR、车辙试验等检验其力学性能。其次,通过室内重复动态三轴试验,研究围压、偏压、级配、含水量等因素对级配碎石回弹模量和永久变形的影响,利用κ-θ模型进行拟合回归,得到三种级配在最佳含水量下的模量回归方程。接着,通过试验数据,采用非线性最小二乘法,建立了粒料基层永久变形预估模型,拟合回归得到两种沥青路面结构下的三种级配碎石粒料永久变形量计算公式。考虑级配碎石的非线性特点,利用KENLAYER路面设计程序,通过选取不同的结构参数,分别对两种沥青路面进行结构受力分析,分析了结构参数对路面各响应值的影响,给出了其对级配碎石层弹性模量的影响顺序。然后,结合国内外柔性路面的设计方法,考虑结构参数对路面受力影响,通过对级配碎石基层沥青路面应力应变的分析计算,提出了适合我国国情的级配碎石基层沥青路面结构设计方法。最后,依托试验路的工程实践,介绍了级配碎石层的施工工艺及质量控制方法。

【Abstract】 Semi-rigid base is prone to producing shrinkage cracks under change of temperature and moisture content. These cracks may lead to appear reflective cracks in asphalt layer and induce other distresses. In view of this condition, from the Angle of pavement structure, how to reduce the early damage of asphalt pavement is imminent, we should change the pavement structure.This paper researched the graded gravel asphalt pavement and the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement with graded gravel upper base.First of all, Based on dense framework type grade provided by our specifications, through the filling test, it optimized the framework structure by stuffing theory and tested the performance through CBR and rutting test.Secondly, according to dynamic triaxial test, it analyzed the influence of confining pressure, eccentric compression, grade, water content and maked regressive analysis by the k-θmodel. obtained three kinds of class with water content in the best regression equation of the modulus.Then,, through the experimental data, using nonlinear least squares method, Fitted and regressed two structure asphalt pavement of the three graded gravel aggregate base of permanent deformation of the formula.Take into account non-linear characteristics of graded gravel, By choosing different structure parameters, it maked mechanical analysis of two structure asphalt pavement through KENLAYER, and obtained the structural parameters on the surface of various responses values, given the order of graded gravel layer elastic modulus..According to the flexible pavement design method of domestic and foreigh, and consider the structural parameters of the road affected by the force, through the graded gravel asphalt pavement analysis and calculation of stress and strain and proposed the reasonable graded gravel asphalt pavement structural design methods which suits our country.At last, through the experiment of engineering practice, it studied the construction technology and method of quality control for graded aggregate.
