制造网络协作化质量控制策略研究

【摘要】 面对激烈的市场竞争和全球化趋势,核心制造企业联合周边企业群按照一定的规则构成了制造网络。制造网络中的质量控制不同于传统单个企业中的质量控制方式,它对质量控制提出了更高的要求,并成为其高效运行的一个重要条件。本文以制造网络协作化生产为背景,针对制造网络中的协作化质量控制及其控制策略开展研究,论文的主要内容如下:一、在广泛研究的基础上阐述了制造网络的定义、形成、形式和特征,归纳总结了制造网络质量控制与管理的发展历程和研究现状,论述了目前协作化质量控制和过程质量控制的研究成果,提出了在制造网络中进行协作化的质量控制方式,并将其作为本文的主要研究内容。二、结合质量链的概念,论述了制造网络的质量控制协作环境和质量传递过程,通过分析建立了基于过程质量、网络组织和质量信息三个维度的制造网络协作化质量控制框架模型,提出了基于此模型的协作化质量控制模式,并分别对每个维度中的具体控制策略内容进行了研究。三、在分析制造网络质量控制过程特征的基础上,结合工作流技术和软件多Agent技术,研究了制造网络跨组织质量控制过程集成管理和协同问题,利用工作流网方法进行扩展的质量控制过程工作流建模,建立了基于多Agent的制造网络质量控制过程工作流管理(QCPWMA)模型,讨论了模型中的多Agent结构、多Agent的配置过程和运行过程等问题。给出了基于同步点(SP)的跨组织质量控制过程协同方法,以及该方法在QCPWMA模型中的实现。四、结合博弈论、概率统计方法和Neyman-Pearson理论研究讨论了制造网络协作过程中的质量风险控制问题,建立了一套含有多变量影响因素的风险控制模型,将该模型运用到制造网络企业不同协作方式和质量检验策略下的质量风险控制过程中,对达到质量风险最小时的抽样检验选择策略优化解进行了计算,比较了不同控制方式下的质量风险,并将模型扩展到了多企业应用环境。五、研究了制造网络协作化质量控制绩效评价方法,建立了基于质量信息耦合度的企业协作化程度评价指标体系和评价模型,建立了企业质量控制绩效评价指标,讲述了质量控制绩效的模糊综合评价方法。六、本文有关制造网络协作化质量控制的理论和方法,在天津大学与潍柴动力股份有限公司合作的制造网络领域研究项目中进行了实践和验证。

【Abstract】 With the tendency of globalization and fierce market competition, manufacturing network is founded by core enterprise associates with other around enterprises according to certain rules and methods. The quality control of manufacturing network is different from that of the traditional enterprise, and it becomes one of the important condition for manufacturing network’s smooth operation. In this paper, the author reseached the cooperative quality control strategy of manufacturing network, the contents of this paper is summarized as follows:1) Described the definition, formation, format and characteristics of manufacturing network, summarized the development and state-of-art related to manufacturing network quality control, discussed the achievement of cooperative quality control and quality process control, after that, the cooperative quality control of manufacturing network is proposed as the main contents of this article.2) Discussed the collaborative quality control environment and the quality transfer processes of manufacturing network with the concept of quality chain, established the model of cooperative quality control of manufacturing network which is based on three dimension of quality process, member networks and quality information, the control schema is proposed and the specific quality control strategy of each dimension is studied.3) Based on the analysis of characteristics for quality process in manufacturing network, researched the inter-organizational quality control process integration management and collaboration issues of manufacturing network with workflow and multi-agent technologies, use WF-Net for the extended quality control process workflow modeling, established the model of Quality Control Process Workflow Managed by Agents (QCPWMA), discussed the multi-agent structure, configuration and operation of the model, established the coordination method of inter-organizational quality control process based on the Synchronous Point (SP) and its implementation in QCPWMA model.4) Discussed the quality risk control issues in collaboration of manufacturing network with game theory, Statistics and Neyman-Pearson theory, established a risk control model which contends multi-variable factors, then applyed this model to the quality risk control processes using different cooperation method and quality inspection strategy for f manufacturing network enterprises, calculated the optimal solution of sample selection strategy for achieving min quality risk, compared of quality risk under different control mode and extended this model to the multi enterprise application environments5) Researched the cooperative quality control performance evaluation methods of manufacturing network, established the enterprise collaboration degree evaluation index system and evaluation model based on quality information coupling, and established the enterprise quality control performance evaluation index system, described the quality control performance evaluation with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method .6) The proposed theories and methods have been realized and verified partially in the project of manufacturing network management, which is cooperatively conducted by Tianjin University and Weichai Power Co., Ltd.
