【摘要】 建筑遗产记录是对建筑遗产的构成、现状以及使用情况等信息的采集、分析、研究和评估。这项工作是建筑遗产保护、研究、宣传和公众教育的基石,其规范化建设在建筑遗产各项工作中具有举足轻重的战略意义和巨大的现实价值。不仅国际宪章和文件对建筑遗产记录的有效管理、采集规范、及时公开的重要性反复强调,欧美遗产保护先进国家更是将其作为政府的重要任务不遗余力地加以建设,形成了殊途同归的记录执行和管理机制。而中国则在记录工作规范化的建设上刚刚起步,尚未达到《北京文件》“记录充足、确保质量、及时更新、公共查询”的要求。针对这种情况,本文从建构管理技术体系和讨论实践操作问题两个层面对记录的规范化进行了初步探讨。其一,在调查国内现状和借鉴国外经验的基础上,指出在中国建筑遗产记录规范化建设中不仅要澄清管理与技术人员对于遗产记录的各种模糊认识,建立责权明确、利用高效的管理体系,更应构筑涵盖基本准则、实践指南、技术规范三级层次的技术体系。其二,对于遗产记录这样一个复杂的操作系统,建立评估框架、规范操作行为是质量控制的关键。本文第三章在较为详细地评析营造学社的田野调查方法的基础上,尝试为常态下集中测绘记录活动分级分类,就操作过程中的基础性问题进行初步分析。第四章则在论证了设计者不能常驻工地是保护工程记录缺失的主要原因后,从可操作的角度提出现阶段工程现场记录的技术策略和实施方法,编制适合施工人员使用的操作手册,以期初步解决当前工程记录的瓶颈问题,并就工程报告编撰的体例、内容进行了论述,提出今后管理与技术发展的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Architectural heritage documentation is such a work that information on composing, conditions and uses of architectural heritages are collected, analyzed, studied and evaluated. As this work is one of the basic tasks in architectural heritages’ conservation, research, drumbeating and public education, its standardization system is of strategic importance and realistic value in this field. Not only have significance of effective managements, canonical techniques and timely opening of documentations been emphasized in international charters and documents in the field of architectural heritage again and again, but also many advanced countries in Europe and America have been trying their best to build up administrant and technical system of architectural heritage documentation as important responsibilities of their governments by using different ways. Nevertheless,this work just begins in China and has not reached the demands which are abundant recordings, good qualities, ceaseless update and full opening in the Beijing Document on the Conservation and Restoration of Historic Buildings in East Asia . According to this status, the author discusses questions of standardization on recordings in two levels, one is administrant and technical system of documentations, the other is practical operation way on recordings.Firstly, based on investigation on domestic status quo and experiences abroad, this paper indicates that all kinds of ambiguous understanding on documentation should be clarified in the field of architectural heritage and suggests that standardization system of architectural heritage documentation in China should include management system which ought to be explicit between responsibility and authority, and effective in utilization, as well as technical system of three levels: basic principles, practice guides and technical standards.Secondly, for this complex practical system, it is very pivotal to build up the frame of evaluation and to regulate actions of practice. In the third chapter, based on analysis on the ways of architectural investigation implemented by the Society for the Research in Chinese Architecture, the author attempts to classify for measured survey and recordings in normal estate and analyzes primarily representative problems in the operation courses. In the fourth chapter, after demonstrating that the reasons of recording imperfection is designer’s absence in the conservation projects, the author brings forward technical strategies and practical methods on spot recordings in the projects and compiles an operational handbook which is fit for construction personnel in order to solve elementarily bottle-neck problem in current conservation projects. Meanwhile, frames and contents on work reports are dissertated and development orientation of managements and techniques are put forward.更多还原
