健身气功—八段锦对机体心血管功能影响的观察和机理研究

【摘要】 目的:觀察規律練習健身氣功·八段錦對中老年人心血管功能狀態的影響。方法:選取符合納入標準的志願者為90例,查亂數字表,隨機分為治療組(規律練習健身氣功·八段錦組)、對照組1(規律進行快步行走或慢跑運動組)和對照組2(監控下不作任何體育鍛煉,規律生活組)。試驗組和對照1組每週練習6天休息一天,對照2組在試驗人員的監控下,不作任何體育鍛煉,避免劇烈活動,正常工作生活24周,三組均於試驗的第1周第一天開始進行所需指標的測試,並于第12周和第24周最後一天進行所需指標的第二、三次測試,最後將三組测試資料進行統計學處理得出試驗結果及結論。結果:臨床觀察表明,試驗組在改善脈率、血壓、體表皮膚溫度、血氧飽和度、臺階試驗指數方面均優於對照1組和對照二組。研究顯示治療組和對照2組间在治療第12周和第24周脈搏變化差異顯著(P<0.05);治療組在治療第12周和第24周,血壓與處理前比較舒張壓和收縮壓都有降低趨勢,但其差異不明顯(P>0.05);治療組在治療第12周和第24周,血壓與處理前比較脈壓差有降低趨勢,但其差異不明顯(P>0.05);治療組右手勞宮穴的皮膚溫度平均值在12周和24周較處理前體表皮膚溫度明顯增高,具有統計學意義(P<0.05);治療組和對照2組兩組間體表溫度差異具有統計學意義(P<0.05)。本研究也顯示治療組血氧飽和度隨練功時間延長有增高趨勢,第24周與練功前比較有統計學意義(P<0.05),本試驗研究證明:臺階試驗指數第24周治療組、對照1組和對照2組之間的差異明顯,有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論:1.試驗組在改善脈率、體表皮膚溫度、血氧飽和度、臺階試驗指數方面均優於對照1組和對照二組;2.練習健身氣功對血壓和脈壓差的調節作用不明顯;3.通過練習健身氣功八段錦可以顯著改善中老年人的心腦血管功能及肺功能狀熊。

【Abstract】 Objective:Through regularity exercise of the Jian Sheng Qigong-Ba Duan Jin,we observed the influence of the cardiovascular function of middle-aged & elderly people.Methods:90 middle-aged &elderly volunteers were chosen,and were divided into 3 groups randomly:treatment group(regularity exercise of the Jian Sheng Qigong-Ba Duan Jin), control group 1(fast walking or slow running)and control group 2(normal).treatment group and control group 1 practiced 6 days,then had a rest for 1 day,control group 2 did not have any exercise under the supervisory by experimental staff without violent activity,totally 24weeks.Indexes were tested on 1st day in 1st week,and tested on last day in 12th week and 24th week again,All dates were analysed by statistics to obtain results and ConclusionsResults:Treatment group is better than control groupl and control group2 on improving pulse,blood press,Surface skin temperature,saturation oxygen and master2-step exercise test.There were obvious statistical differences between Treatment group and control group2 about pulse on 12th week and 24th week(P<0.05);diastolic pressure and systolic pressure of treatment group decreased on 12th week and 24th week,but there was not obvious statistical differences(P>0.05);pulse pressure difference of treatment group decreased 12th week and 24th week,but there was not obvious statistical differences(P>0.05);average skin temperature of right Laogong point of treatment group obviously raised in 12th week and 24th week(P<0.05);there was obvious statistical difference about body surface temperature between Treatment group and control group2(P<0.05).Saturation oxygen of treatment group raised along with Increasing the practice time,there was obvious statistical difference between 24th week and the time before exercise(P<0.05).The research showed that there were obvious statistical differences about master2-step exercise test on treatment group, control groupl and control group2 in 24th week(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Treatment group is better than control groupl and control group2 on improving pulse, Surface skin temperature,saturation oxygen and master2-step exercise test.2.There are not obvious regulating effect on adjusting BP and pulse pressure difference by practicing Jian Sheng Qigong.3.Practicing the Jian Sheng Qigong-Ba Duan Jin can improve the cardio-cerebral vascular function and pulmonary function of middle-aged & elderly people
