超微戊己丸治疗肝胃郁热型胃溃疡的临床效应及其炎症机理研究

【摘要】 目的:评价超微戊己丸对肝胃郁热型胃溃疡患者的临床疗效,并从炎症因子IL-6、IL-8以及TNF-a的表达探讨其抗Hp的作用。方法:1.按照中药新药临床研究要求,观察超微戊己丸对肝胃郁热型胃溃疡患者的临床疗效、胃镜检查、血清炎症因子IL-6、IL-8、TNF-a的影响。2.采用Hp感染胃溃疡模型,随机分组,分别给药,分别采用ELASA、免疫组化检测IL-6、IL-8、TNF-a含量与表达结果:1.超微戊己丸对肝胃郁热型胃溃疡患者的临床疗效、中医证候疗效、胃镜疗效和Hp清除率分别为80.3%、90%、33.3%和66.7%,与传统戊己丸比较,差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。2.1/3剂量超微戊己丸能缩小HP感染致胃溃疡模型溃疡面积,与传统戊己丸全剂量组和三九胃泰组比较,差异无统计学意义(p>0.05),其能降低模型动物血清炎症因子IL-6、IL-8和TNF-a水平,下调TNF-a基因表达,与传统戊己丸、三九胃泰比较,差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论:1.超微戊己丸能明显改善幽门螺杆菌致胃溃疡患者的临床症状,胃溃疡粘膜面积,调节血清炎症因子的水平,是较理想的针对肝胃郁热型胃溃疡的药物。2.超微戊己丸能较好清除幽门螺杆菌致胃溃疡大鼠的幽门螺杆菌,明显下调IL-6、IL-8及TNF-a的表达。
【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficiency of ultra-podwer Wuji Pill on patients with gastric ulcer in syndrome of stomach and liver stagnation-hot,and discuss its effect on Anti-HP from expression of Inflammatory factors IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-a.Methods:1.According Chinese medicine clinical research in accordance with the requirements,evaluating the clinical efficiency,Gastroscopy result, Inflammatory factors IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-a of ultra-podwer Wuji Pill on patients with gastric ulcer in syndrome of stomach and liver stagnation-hot.2.Using gastric ulcer model in Hp infection,animals were randomized, administrated respectively and detecting content and expression of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-a by ELASA and Immunohistochemistry method.Results:1.Clinical efficiency,Syndrome efficiency,Gastroscopy effect and clearance rate of HP of ultra-podwer Wuji Pill on patients with gastric ulcer in syndrome of stomach and liver stagnation-hot was 80.3%.90%.33.3%and 66.7%,compared with traditional Wuji pill group,there was not significant difference(p＞0.05). 2.1/3 dosage ultra-podwer Wuji Pill group can narrow ulcer area of HP infected model,decrease expression of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-a in rat model,which compared with traditional Wuji pill group and sanjiu weitai group,there was not significant difference(p＞0105).Conclusion:1.Ultra-podwer Wuji Pill can significantly improve clinical efficiency,Gastric mucosal area,regulate Serum levels of inflammatory factors,which shows it is an ideal anti-HP drugs.2.Ultra-podwer Wuji Pill can fairly clear up HP which leads to gastric ulcer, reduced expression of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-a.
