中国大中型施工总承包企业施工项目管理信息化研究与实践应用
Development and Practical Applications of Enterprise Project Management Information System for Chinese Large and Medium-sized General Contractors

【摘要】 施工总承包企业施工项目管理软件系统研究和实践应用相对滞后,阻碍了我国施工总承包企业信息化发展。本文通过实地调查、专家访谈、文献查阅分析,提炼了中国建筑科学研究院完成的几十家大中型施工总承包企业施工项目管理信息系统的实践成果,对中国大中型施工总承包企业的施工项目管理信息系统进行了较为系统的研究和实践应用。本文主要研究内容包括:分析了施工总承包企业施工项目管理信息化现状、问题和难点,并提出施工总承包企业管理信息化的急需解决的三个问题:针对这些问题,从概念框架、业务模型和信息化模型、软件系统研究开发和实践应用三方面进行了详细深入的研究。本文取得的主要研究成果是:1)提出了中国大中型施工总承包企业施工项目管理信息化参考概念框架,包括:a)建立了施工项目管理信息系统建设的实用框架模式;b)构建了成本管理为核心、合同管理为主线的施工总承包企业施工项目管理信息系统整体框架。2)通过逻辑分析和实证研究相结合的方法,建立了施工项目管理的关键业务模型及其信息化系统参考模型,具体包括经营投标管理、合同管理、分包管理、物资管理、成本管理。为开发大中型施工总承包企业施工项目管理信息系统提供了业务模型和信息化模型参考。3)构建的成本预测和计划子系统实践应用方案,解决了不同的企业定额模式、不同的预算导入模式、成本计划和资源计划编制模式等实践应用难题,在多个行业不同地区的施工总承包企业进行了实践研究和示范应用。4)构建的成本核算子系统实践应用方案,兼容我国施工总企业不同项目存在的成本核算基础条件差异性,实现了与业务管理系统的应用集成,能实现及时准确收集实际成本信息实现工程成本核算,为整个成本管理体系及时提供实际发生成本信息。
【Abstract】 Informatization of Chinese general contractors has been hampered by the fact that enterprise project management information systems is lagging behind. Through field surveys, expert interviews and literature analysis, the dissertation gives a systematic study and practical application on enterprise project management information systems for Chinese general contractors, based on the experience of China Academy of Building Research(CABR) from developing dozens of enterprise project management information systems for Chinese large and medium-sized general contractors.Following studies are conducted in the paper: the writer gives analysis about the status, problems and difficulties faced by informatization of Chinese general contractors on construction project management, and argues three issues urged to be solved; the dissertation conducts a thorough study on the focused issues of conceptual framework, business model and information-based model, software development and application about enterprise project management information systems.The main contributions can be summarized as follows.1) A conceptual framework about enterprise project management information systems for Chinese large and medium-sized general contractors is given in the dissertation, including two parts: a) a practical framework how to develop a construction project management information system; b) a framework of general contractor’s project management information system, in which cost management subsystem and contract management subsystem are core and backbone.2) Business model and information model for reference of enterprise construction project management information system are established, which including operating and tendering management, contract management, subcontractor management, material management and cost management.3) A cost estimation and planning subsystem solution is given, which can be applied in variances of practice condition including deferent Enterprise Standard Cost, deferent cost estimation result integration way and deferent cost planning method. And practical innovative applications in general contractors from deferent areas and deferent construction industries are shown.4) Meeting deferent demands from variances cost accounting mode of deferent projects in Chinese large and medium-sized general contractors, a cost accounting subsystem solution is also investigated, which is integrated with the business management subsystems of enterprise project management information system.
