【摘要】 本论文将人文地理学、历史学、文化学、城市规划学等学科理论运用到遗产保护学领域,探讨文化线路和工业遗产保护理论的有机结合,从文化线路的角度研究汉冶萍工业遗产及其整体保护策略。通过重现汉冶萍工业文化线路,探讨对区域性工业遗产进行整体性保护、遗产认定与分级和制定保护实施策略的系统性理论与方法。首先,将文化线路与工业遗产保护理论进行对比研究,依据文化线路的整体性保护原则整合区域性工业遗产的价值和文化信息,发掘独具特色的工业文化线路,并制定相应的研究层次和基本流程,从而为区域工业遗产的保护提供新的思路。在理论架构的基础上,针对汉冶萍工业遗产展开实证研究,将其分为工业遗产区域、工业城镇、工业遗产聚集区、工业企业、建构筑物5个层次,采取“主题确定——遗产资源调查——分析与评价——线路构建——实施策略”的基本流程进行研究。通过对汉冶萍工业遗产历史沿革的调查,分析其遗产类型和构成情况,针对各层次遗产进行判别与登录,通过定量、定性的综合分析对汉冶萍工业遗产进行价值评价与分级。汉冶萍工业遗产具有整体性保护价值和重要的文化意义。以文化传播为无形线路,以交通组织为有形线路,以城镇、厂矿区、遗产点为核心资源,复原线路上有形遗产的生存语境,达到对汉冶萍历史文化价值宏观和微观的保护与利用。重现汉冶萍工业文化线路是整体保护汉冶萍工业遗产的理想策略,故根据工业遗产区域、工业城镇、工业遗产聚集区、工业企业、建构筑物等5个层次进行保护与再利用,并提出相应的保护实施策略。本研究的创新性在于采用了具有创新意义的研究视角和相应的技术路线,展开对汉冶萍工业遗产的研究,提出通过重现汉冶萍工业文化线路的途径,实现对汉冶萍工业遗产的整体保护与利用的策略。本文的理论架构和研究方法,对区域性遗产整体保护研究有着较为重要的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article explores the possibility in an integration of cultural route and industrial heritage conservation by a multi-field study distributed into geography, history, cultural study, urban planning and etc. It will produce a systematic result for an overall protection, identification of conservation scopes and implementation strategies through representing the industrial culture route of Hanyeping Corporation.First, it is necessary to have a compared theoretical study between cultural route and industrial heritage conservation. Based on the overall protection principle for cultural route, the valuable industrial heritage and cultural information shall be selected in order to discover unique industrial culture route, research on the corresponding study levels with a basic processes and thereby provide new ideas for the regional industrial heritages.The Hanyeping industrial heritages shall carry out an empirical study under the theoretical framework. It shall be classified into five scopes, industrial regions, industrial town-areas, accumulation area of industrial heritages, industrial firms and individual buildings. The basic research process is as following: identification of study issues, industrial heritage investigation, analysis and evaluation, structuring route and implementation strategies.Through the historical analysis of the Hanyeping firm, industry type and composition, it shall be identified and registered for different levels of heritage. The integrative analysis to evaluate and classify the value of the company can be taken through the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.Hanyeping Corporation has value of cultural significance for overall conservation. Based on the cultural communication as a invisible route and transportation system as a visible route, plus town areas, factory sites and heritage buildings as the core resources, the existing physical form will be restored and the historical and cultural value of Hanyeping will be conserved and re-built macroscopically and microcosmically. Renewal of an industrial culture route for Hanyeping is an ideal strategy for overall conservation of industrial heritages. Therefore, the appropriate implementation strategies of conservation and reuse shall apply to five scopes, industrial regions, industrial town-areas, accumulation area of industrial heritages, industrial firms and individual buildings.The significance of this research is to develop a different view in study and appropriate technology framework which begin with the research for Hanyeping Corporation, raises a way through renewing industrial culture route and produce the integrative strategies of Hanyeping conservation and reuse. In this paper, the theoretical framework and research methods is offered as a reference for the overall protection of the regional heritage studies.更多还原
