【摘要】 本文在梳理古代脾胃学说与脾胃学派发展历程的基础上,综合应用文献学、逻辑学等方法,对脾胃学说与脾胃学派在当代的延续和发展进行了探讨,对当代中医内科脾胃学派进行了重点论述。论文阐明了学说、学派、流派、当代中医内科脾胃学派的内涵,本着“学说为主、医家为辅”、“围绕核心、兼及源流”、“突出重点、避其繁复”的研究思路,把在当代中医内科领域中自觉、灵活运用古代经典脾胃学说理论,并结合时代特色总结临床实践经验,提出创新性观点,不断完善和丰富经典脾胃学说的医家群体,列入当代中医内科脾胃学派的研究范围。通过研究他们的学术思想,分析了当代中医内科脾胃学派的特点及其对古代脾胃学派的继承与发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the historical tracing of development on the theory of spleen and stomach and the school of spleen and stomach, using the methodology of synthesized science of document study and logic approach, the author analyzed the development of the key theme from ancient times to contemporary times, with focus on the school of spleen and stomach .Illustrating the connotation of the theory, school, genre, the school of spleen and stomach, this thesis introduced medical practitioners of the school of spleen and stomach with the new research approach. The study should base mainly on the theory compared with the medical practitioners and spread out exposition for the theory and school in accordance with their key parts. Consciously and flexibly using the ancient theory of spleen and stomach, the medical practitioners of the school of spleen and stomach proposed innovative viewpoints and enhancement in the ancient theory of spleen and stomach. The thesis analyzed this process, also elaborated the characteristics of the school of spleen and stomach in internal medicine of contemporary TCM, which inherited and developed the ancient theory of spleen and stomach.更多还原
