【摘要】 本文的研究对象是城市休闲功能发展。基于城市休闲功能通过发展可能对城市产生何种程度的影响?是否会引起城市转型?是否会引起城市性质的变化而形成休闲城市,或者某一城市会因人们休闲的需要而产生,直接形成休闲城市?在实现城市休闲功能最大化发展条件下,其对城市发展的影响程度是什么?等问题的思考,以城市休闲功能发展的特征——城市休闲功能广度扩展和强度提升为切入点展开研究。本文研究思路是:首先,在挖掘相关文献的基础上,以休闲功能为切入点,运用空间相互作用理论全面剖析城市休闲功能扩展与提升的因子作用、数理关系,提出评估城市休闲功能广度和强度的思路与模型组合;进而探讨城市休闲功能广度扩展路径、规律,与强度提升方略;同时,运用城市功能理论深入分析城市休闲功能发展的PEST影响、PEST间的数理关系、统计指标及预测路径,构建发展指数,预测城市休闲功能发展形态的目标蓝图,并分析城市休闲功能最大化发展时,将会产生一种适合人与自然和谐发展的城市休闲功能发展愿景——休闲城市。最后,运用本研究所构建的城市休闲功能广度与强度评估思路、模型以及发展指数,对调研获取的开封市休闲节点、休闲功能感知数据,通过Arcgis制图技术和SPSS统计分析方法,分析开封市休闲功能发展现状特征与水平,预测开封市休闲功能的发展目标,提出相应发展战略。本文围绕城市休闲功能发展问题所进行的研究和结论有:一,城市休闲功能发展的本质特征表现为:城市休闲功能广度扩展与强度提升。本部分着力归纳描述城市休闲功能发展的社会经济背景、健康持续发展的必要条件、发展动力源——城市休闲节点间的相互作用、发展机理,提出城市休闲功能发展的本质表现。二,城市休闲功能广度评估及扩展规律。本部分是研究的核心内容之一,基于城市休闲功能的空间承载体——城市休闲节点空间分布形态以及城市休闲功能地域的分析,通过影响分析、指标分析,构建评估思路,提出休闲企业的多核扩展、公共绿地的轴向扩展、休闲文化的通道扩展以及休闲客源市场(LGP)的蔓延——飞跃扩展等城市休闲功能扩展路径,以及空间距离衰减的扩展规律。三,城市休闲功能强度评估及提升方略。本部分是本研究的核心内容之二。基于城市休闲功能要素、要素间相互作用强度及其对城市发展的支配能力等方面构建评价城市休闲功能强度的指标体系。把这些指标变量与经典模型结合,以定量评估城市休闲功能强度。在此基础上提出城市休闲功能强度提升方略。四,城市休闲功能发展趋势预测。城市休闲功能的不断发展,将改变城市产业结构、社会文化结构以及生活方式,并在其达到最大化时成为中小型城市发展的核心竞争力或者大都市的重要发展指标之一。对中小城市而言,此时,休闲将主导城市发展方向,并催生城市发展的休闲转型,产生“休闲城市”。休闲城市的产生,将成为城市发展变革中的一个里程碑,改变人们重视物质性建设而忽略人本需要的城市发展理念。五,开封市休闲功能扩展与提升实证研究。本部分通过实地调查和问卷调查,获取开封市休闲功能发展变量数据,对开封市休闲活动空间相互作用、休闲功能承载体、广度扩展、强度提升等问题进行实证分析。通过SPSS统计分析,得出开封市休闲功能是开封市突出功能,同时也是中原城市群区域的突出功能,应该确立开封市的中原城市群休闲中心的发展战略,促进开封市休闲功能的进一步发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The object of this study is the development of urban leisure function. Beginning with the developing essence of urban leisure function, i.e. extending and enhancing urban leisure function, this study is carried out based on the following considerations: To what extent may urban leisure function influence cities through development? Would it cause city transformation? Would it change a city’s character and then form a leisure city? Or would the formation of some leisure city emerge directly based on people’s demand for recreation? To what extent would it influence the development of cities if urban leisure function gets maximized? The study makes a full analysis on factors and mathematical relations of urban leisure function extension by using spatial interaction theory, and then proposes ways and model combinations for evaluating the range and strength of urban leisure function. In addition, the study explores the ways and rules of extension and enhancement strategies on urban leisure function. Through the theory of urban functions, this study analyzes PEST influences on urban leisure function, PEST relations, and statistical index and prediction paths, establishes development index and forecasts the target of developing configuration. These ways, models and indexes are of great use for investigating and obtaining Kaifeng City’s leisure nodes and sensory data. Using Arcgis charting technology and SPSS Statistical Method, this study analyzes the present developing features and level of urban leisure function in Kaifeng City, forecasts the developing target of Kaifeng City’s leisure function, and then proposes the development strategy accordingly.The approach of this study is to be on the basis of related documents, starting from leisure functions and then analyzing the developing features of leisure function and spatial interactions among leisure nodes. It shows that the formation, existence and development of spatial interactions among urban leisure function nodes drive urban leisure function to enlarge in spatial utility range and during this course, the strength of each functional element and their relations increases. This objective condition together with urban management and relevant industry policies can extend and enhance urban leisure functions, making these functions consistent with urban leisure resources, development foundation and environment, to maximize the development of urban leisure function and establish a prospect of urban leisure functions suitable for harmonious development of human and nature, i.e. leisure cities.Focusing on urban leisure functions, this study makes the following researches: 1. The essential feature of urban leisure function development is extension and enhancement of the function. This part mainly sums up the social and economic background, prerequisites and motive power for development of urban leisure function, i.e. interaction and development mechanism between urban recreation nodes and presents the essential manifestation of urban leisure function development.2. Range evaluation and extension rules of urban leisure function. This is the first key part of this study. It transits from basic and instructive discussion into the nature of the problem on the part of dissertation structure. Based on analyzing the spatial carrier of urban leisure function, i.e. spatial distribution and regions of urban leisure function, through influence analysis and index analysis, establishing evaluation ways, this part proposes such extension paths of urban leisure function as polynuclear extension of leisure enterprises, axial extension of public greenbelts, channel extension of leisure culture and the spread of tourist source market, as well as extension rules of spatial distance decrease.3. Strength evaluation and enhancing strategy on urban leisure function. This is the second key part of the study. Important indexes for evaluating the strength of urban leisure function include factors of urban leisure function, interaction intensity of these factors and their ability to dominate urban development. Quantitative evaluation on strength of urban leisure function can be conducted through combining these index variables with classical models. Furthermore, this part puts forward such strategies for enhancing strength of urban leisure function as transforming and advancing the structure of urban leisure function, increasing specialization level of urban leisure enterprises, strengthening urban authorities’awareness for organization and management, improving urban amenity, promoting industry clusters and enhancing urban industrialization.4. Forecasts on the developing tendency of urban leisure function. Development of urban leisure function will change urban industry structure, culture structure and lifestyle. Maximization of urban leisure function development will become the core competence for middle and small cities to develop and one of important indexes for metropolises’ development. On the part of middle and small cities, recreation will lead urban development and induce urban leisure transformation, generating“leisure cities”. Emergence of leisure cities will be a milestone in urban reformation and revise people’s concept on unban development which focuses on material construction while overlooking humanistic demand.5. Empirical study on the extension and enhancement of urban leisure function in Kaifeng City. Based on variables and data of Kaifeng City’s leisure function development acquired from fieldwork and questionnaire survey, this part makes verification on the feasibility of theoretical analysis on spatial interaction of urban leisure activities, carrier of urban leisure function, extension and enhancement of urban leisure function. Through SPSS statistic analysis, the study concludes that leisure function is a prominent function of both Kaifeng City and central Henan urban agglomeration, and that for Kaifeng City, the center of central Henan urban agglomeration, developing strategies should be established to improve its urban leisure function.更多还原
