【摘要】 黄河流域是我国区域经济发展中具有全局性、战略性作用的特殊区域。研究黄河流域经济空间分异格局和规律,对于优化黄河流域经济空间开发,促进黄河流域经济可持续发展,以及全国区域经济协调发展,均有重要影响。区域经济空间分异是区域经济研究的一个重要领域。目前,关于区域经济空间分异的研究成果颇丰,但是,专门研究黄河流域经济空间分异的成果很少,尤其缺乏全面、系统地研究黄河流域经济空间分异的成果。本文针对重点研究了以下两个密切相关的问题,一是黄河流域经济空间分异的态势,二是黄河流域经济空间分异的机制。在黄河流域经济空间分异态势方面,本文在测度黄河流域经济空间分异程度和识别黄河流域经济空间组织型式的基础上,分析了黄河流域经济空间分异的状态及过程。采用静态分析与动态分析相结合的方法,对1990-2006年黄河流域经济空间分异态势进行了总体评价。在黄河流域经济空间分异机制方面,鉴于目前学术界对区域经济空间分异机制的研究有多个视角,尚未形成统一的解释区域经济空间分异机制的理论框架,本文从区域经济空间分异机制的内涵出发,以经济增长要素的相关理论和分工理论为理论基础,构建了黄河流域经济空间分异机制分析的理论框架。运用这个理论框架,本文分析了黄河流域经济空间分异的要素禀赋决定作用机制、分工传导作用机制和循环累积因果机制。本文的研究获得了以下主要结论。区域经济空间分异是区域经济空间分化的状态和过程,区域经济空间分异态势是区域经济空间分异状态和区域经济空间分异过程的统一。区域经济空间分异状态的变化构成区域经济空间分异的过程。区域经济空间分异状态涉及区域经济空间分异程度和区域经济空间分异格局两个方面。经济空间组织型式是构成区域经济空间分异格局的基本结构形态,是按形态、结构和特征的不同划分的经济空间组织类别。要素禀赋、分工与集聚之间存在耦合互动关系。受此关系的支配,区域经济空间分异有3个既相互区别又密不可分的机制,即要素禀赋决定作用机制、分工传导作用机制和循环累积因果机制。1990-2006年,黄河流域经济空间分异呈现日趋加剧的态势,当前黄河流经济空间格局明显不均衡。黄河流域经济空间分异日趋加剧主要表现在,一是流域的东部地区在流域经济增长中的相对地位逐步提高,中西部地区在流域经济增长中的相对地位逐步下降,东部与中西部地区之间经济增长水平的分异日趋加剧;二是中西部地区内内蒙古和河南在流域经济增长中的相对地位逐步提高,其它省区在流域经济增长中的相对地位逐步下降,中西部地区内经济增长水平的分异日趋加剧。当前,黄河流域经济空间分异程度已处于偏高状态,经济空间格局明显不均衡。在流域内,东部地区经济实力较强,东部地区经济空间已出现多核心—边缘结构,呈现一定程度的均衡化趋势。中西部地区经济空间中只存在少量经济核心和增长轴,经济实力较弱。在中西部地区内,内蒙古和河南经济实力较强,其它省区的经济实力较弱。1990-2006年,黄河流域要素禀赋空间分异日趋加剧,当前要素禀赋空间格局明显不均衡,要素禀赋空间分异态势与经济空间分异态势相对吻合。而且,黄河流域要素禀赋、分工与集聚的耦合互动关系明显存在,黄河流域经济空间分异受要素禀赋决定作用机制、分工传导作用机制和循环累积因果机制的支配。其一,黄河流域各单要素禀赋的空间分异对经济空间分异产生了不同程度的影响,综合要素禀赋的空间分异对经济空间分异起决定作用。其二,黄河流域分工水平的空间分异在综合要素禀赋空间分异与经济空间分异之间起传导作用,黄河流域综合要素禀赋空间分异对经济空间分异的决定作用通过分工水平的空间分异实现。其三,黄河流域经济空间分异的过程是黄河流域经济空间分异的初始状态或发生质变后的经济空间分异状态随着时间的推移在空间上逐步强化的过程,黄河流域经济空间分异过程表现出较为明显的循环累积因果特性。与同类研究相比,本文取得的新进展是,设计了黄河流域经济空间分异态势评价方法,该方法亦可用于区域经济空间分异态势的评价;构建了黄河流域经济空间分异机制分析的理论框架,在区域经济空间分异机制的系统分析和动态分析方面进行了有益的尝试;揭示了黄河流域经济空间分异的特征和机制,为区域经济空间分异的理论发展提供了案例支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Yellow River valley is a special region which plays an overall,strategic role in China’s regional economic development. Research on the economic spatial dissimilar pattern and discipline has an important impact on the optimization of economic spatial development, and promoting sustainable economic development in the Yellow River valley, as well as regional economic coordinated development in China.The regional economic spatial dissimilarity is an important domain of regional economic research. At present, the research achievements on regional economic spatial dissimilarity are quite abundant, but extremely little touch the economic spatial dissimilarity in the Yellow River valley. Most of all, the comprehensive and systematical research achievements about the economic spatial dissimilarity in the Yellow River valley are especially deficient.This article focuses on the following two issues which are closely related, one is the economic spatial dissimilar situation, the other is the economic spatial dissimilar mechanisms in the Yellow River valley. In the aspect of the economic spatial dissimilar situation in the Yellow River valley, on the basis of measuring the economic spatial dissimilar extent and distinguishing the economic spatial organization patterns, this article has analyzed the economic spatial dissimilar state and process in the Yellow River valley, and then using the method which the static analysis and the dynamic analysis are unified, this article has carried on the overall appraisal to the economic spatial dissimilar situation in the Yellow River valley from 1990 to 2006. In the aspect of the economic spatial dissimilar mechanisms, in view of the fact that the present academic circle has many research angles of view to the regional economic spatial dissimilar mechanisms, the unified theoretical frame to explain regional economic spatial dissimilar mechanisms has not yet taken form, so that this article embarks on the connotation of regional economic spatial dissimilar mechanisms, takes the economic growth factor’s correlation theories and the labor division theory as the rationale and has constructed the theoretical frame of analyzing the economic spatial dissimilar mechanisms in the Yellow River valley. Using this theoretical framework, this article has analyzed the factor endowments decision function mechanism, the conductive function mechanism of labor division and the circulation accumulation causality mechanism of the economic spatial dissimilarity in the Yellow River valley.Through the studies on the economic spatial dissimilarity in the Yellow River valley, this article has obtained the following main conclusion.The regional economic spatial dissimilarity is the state and process which regional economic space becomes divided,regional economic spatial dissimilar situation is unification of regional economic spatial dissimilar state and process. The change of regional economic spatial dissimilar state forms regional economic spatial dissimilar process. Regional economic spatial dissimilar state includes two aspects which are regional economic spatial dissimilar extent and pattern. Regional economic spatial organization pattern is the basic structure shape of regional economic spatial dissimilar pattern, and economic spatial organization category divided according to the shape, structure and characteristics.Factor endowments, labor division and agglomeration are coupling and interacting. Under this relations’ control, in the aspect of regional economic spatial dissimilarity, there are 3 mechanisms, which are both distinguishing mutually and inseparable, namely factor endowments decision function mechanism, the conductive function mechanism of labor division and the circulation accumulation causality mechanism.The economic spatial dissimilarity in the Yellow River valley presented the situation which intensified day by day from 1990 to 2006. At present the economic spatial pattern is obviously imbalanced. The intensification of economic spatial dissimilarity in the Yellow River valley displays in the following. First, the eastern’s relative status enhanced gradually, the mid-western’s relative status droped gradually, the dissimilarity between the eastern and the mid-western intensified day by day. Second, in the mid-western, the relative status of Inner Mongolia and Henan enhanced gradually, the relative of the other droped gradually, the dissimilarity in the mid-western intensified day by day. At present, the economic spatial dissimilarity in the Yellow River valley has come up to a higher extent, the economic spatial pattern in the Yellow River valley is obviously imbalanced. In the valley, the eastern’s economic strength is strong, the eastern’s economic space has presented the multiple-core-marginal structure, and high-leveled equalized tendency, the mid-western’s whole economic strength is weak, and has few economic cores and increasing axis only. In the mid-western, the economic strength of Inner Mongolia and Henan are strong, the economic strength of the other are weak.The spatial dissimilarity of factor endowments in the Yellow River valley intensified day by day from 1990 to 2006. At present the factor endowments’ spatial pattern is obviously imbalanced, the factor endowments’ spatial dissimilar situation tallies with the economic spatial dissimilar situation relatively. Moreover, the coupling interaction relations among factor endowments, labor division and agglomeration existed obviously in the Yellow River valley from 1990 to 2006, the economic spatial dissimilarity in Yellow River valley was controlled by factor endowments decision function mechanism, the conductive function mechanism of labor division and the circulation accumulation causality mechanism. First, the single factor endowments’s spatial dissimilarity exerted different forces to the economic spatial dissimilarity, the comprehensive factor endowments’s spatial dissimilarity played the decision role in the economic spatial dissimilarity. Second, between comprehensive factor endowments’ space dissimilarity and economic spatial dissimilarity, the labor division level’s spatial dissimilarity played a conductive role, the comprehensive factor endowments’ spatial dissimilarity realized the decision function to the economic spatial dissimilarity through the labor division level’s spatial dissimilarity. Third, the economic spatial dissimilar process was the process that the economic spatial dissimilar original state or the economic spatial dissimilar state which has had a qualitative change, strengthened gradually in the space, the economic spatial dissimilar process displayed the obvious circulation accumulation causality characteristics in the Yellow River valley.Compared with similar studies, the new progress which this article has obtained displays in the following. This article has designed the evaluation method which is used to evaluate the economic spatial dissimilar situation in the Yellow River valley and can be used for the assessment of regional economic spatial dissimilar situation. This article has constructed the theoretical frame of analyzing the economic spatial dissimilar mechanisms in the Yellow River valley, and carried on the beneficial attempt in the aspect of system analysis and the dynamic analysis of regional economic spatial dissimilar mechanisms. This article has reveled the economic spatial dissimilar situation and mechanisms in the Yellow River valley, and provided a valuable case for the development of regional economic spatial dissimilar theory.更多还原
