交往德育研究

【摘要】 本文认为,交往德育是在至少两个主体之间,借助于言语或非言语符号系统,在对话和理解的基础上,以建构完满意义世界为目标的道德教育和道德实践活动。它不是一种单纯的言语交际活动,而是一种人与人之间的全面的心灵对话过程。交往德育以生活世界为存在和发展之基,强调个体德性的生长生成来自于真实的生活实践,来自于生活实践中人与人之间的交往;以人为本是其理念的核心价值基础,交往德育旨在完整的、全面地关照人、发展人、提升人,强调对于人的生存方式的引导、对于个体生命的完整性关注、对于个体主体性的关注及个体独特性的关注;自我建构是交往德育的本质,德性是个体自主建构和主动发展的结果,德育是人的自我建构的实践活动,交往德育把学生定位为主动的学习者和建构者,但是不同性质、不同水平的实践活动对于个体身心发展的价值和作用是有很大差异的,因此交往德育是自主建构要与价值引导的统一。交往德育的目标是建构具有自主选择意识、良好的道德直觉及自主选择能力的主体性道德人格;交往德育的过程是以对话与理解为核心的精神性交往,德育必须通过人与人的交往、人格精神的相遇、意义关系的建立来实现;交往德育以主体间性作为师生关系的表达,倡导教师与学生在平等对话中达到相互理解,在民主交往中实现师生共在,共同迈进“我一你”的相遇人生,实现师生精神的建构;交往德育教学的过程就是通过师生、生生的互动,不断促进教师和学生自我生成与建构的过程,这种互动通过语言交往、信息交流、精神交往而体现。

【Abstract】 Moral education is simplified as the single impartation of knowledge by the traditional theories of moral education, and the word of moral education is treated as the world of science and technology by them, so moral education is removed from human and human lives. However, morality is not the result of sermon; it can be generated and developed only in the course of interpersonal communication, and the practice of communication is the origin of morality. Since moral education is the education of adults essentially, as the essential motive and trait of the development of moral education, communication is meant to the new trend concerned by the development of moral education consequentially.Based on rethinking about the questions of traditional moral education and the essence of moral education, this dissertation takes the Marxist Materialism and practice theories of communication as the guiding ideology and the basis of the methodology, and analyzes the multi-disciplinary theoretical research, and sorts out the major theories of communication at home and abroad systematically. So as to expound clearly and grasp systematically the basic form of the moral education of communication, this dissertation discusses the ideologies, paradigms and transcendences from the traditional moral education of moral education of communication in depth, thereby achieves the scientific reconstruction about the moral education of communication.In the part of theoretical principle and reference of knowledge in this dissertation, the moral education of communication takes Philosophy of Marxism as its theoretical basis, which includes Marxian studies of human being and practice theories of communication. Concern about human permeates the start and ultimate aim of the theories of moral education of communication, Marxian studies of human being is taken as the growing point of these theories inevitably. As the essential existential mode by taking the humans as humanity, the communication activities is one form of social activities, and moral education is an interpersonal special practical activity of communication based on practical activities of production, therefore the theories of communication practice must be the solid theoretical source of moral education of communication. Through sorting out and absorbing the researches of communication theories in the West, and making theory analysis of interrelated researches on sociology and psychology in some way, moral education of communication becomes the reference of knowledge of this dissertation.It is expounded in the part of evaluation of moral education of communication at home and abroad that the concerns of communication paid by the purview of moral education in the West and exploration of moral education of communication in China. On account of educational ideologies of S&T (Science and Technology) rationality affected by subject-object concept of productive practice since modern times, some academic schools in the West have started to pay attention to the communication, which leads to the transformation of pedagogical purview. However, the subject of communication is apt to be explored from the standpoint of moral feelings or reasons, abundant thoughts of communication is contained in moral education in Chinese traditional ethics. Sprout of teacher-student intersubjectivity thoughts in the theories of moral education of communication is partly contained by the theories of socialistic democratic and equal teacher-student relationship and theories of two subjects of moral education in the purview of moral education up-to-date in China, which provides the theoretical and practical references for the development of moral education of communication.Based on the context, this dissertation elaborates the ideologies and ideas of moral education of communication. It holds that the moral education of communication is the activities of moral education and moral practice to construct the perfect meaning world, which is between at least two subjects, by virtue of the system of verbal or non-verbal symbol, on the basis of dialogue and understanding. It is not a single activity of verbal communication, but a course of interpersonal comprehensive spiritual dialogue. Equal dialogue, object as medium, bidirectional construction and dual integration are the characteristic of moral education of communication. The elementary ideologies about the theories of moral education of communication are dissertated systematically in this dissertation in three aspects: the foundation of existence, core ideology and essential characteristics of moral education of communication simultaneously. The moral education of communication takes the life-world as its foundation to survive. The generation and growth of individual moral character is derived from the real practice of life, further from the interpersonal interaction in life practice. As Human-oriented as the core value foundation of its concept, the moral education of communication strives to care human, develop human, promote human in all aspects, and emphasizes the guide of the survival style of mankind, the care about the integrity of the individual life and individual subjectivity and individual uniqueness. Self-construction is the essence of the moral education of communication, moral character is the result of individual independent construction and positive development, moral education is the practice of personal self-construction. Taking the student as the active learner and builder, but there is a big difference about value and effect between the different characteristic and the different levels of the practice for individual development of mind and body, so the moral education of communication is the unification of independent construction and value guidance.The fundamental paradigm of moral education of communication is restructured roundly from objectives, processes, methods of moral education of communication and teacher-student relationship in this dissertation. It takes the building of subjective moral personality as the goal of moral education of communication. This dissertation holds that there is has autonomous choosing consciousness, good moral intuition and autonomous choosing ability in subjective moral personality. The process of the moral education of communication is the course of continuously promoting the generation and construction of self virtue. Comprehension and dialogue is the foundation of moral education of communication. The moral education of communication takes intersubjectivity as the expression of teacher-student relationship, advocates the mutual understanding in the course of equal dialogue between them, and realizes the mitsein and the relation of“you and me”and the construction of the teacher-student spirit in the course of democratic communication. It is taken as fundamental teaching methods that communication and interaction in the moral education of communication. The process of teaching the moral education of communication is the course of continuously promoting the self-generation and self-construction of the teachers and students by the interaction between the teachers and students or among the students, which is realized by linguistic communication and information exchange and spiritual interaction.Finally, this dissertation holds that moral education of communication transcends traditional education, emphasizes it is humanized, life-style, communication-dialogue and“subject-object-subject”in moral education of communication.
