基于MapX的煤与瓦斯突出预警技术研究

Research on MapX-based Coal and Gas Outburst Pre-warning Technology

【摘要】 本文结合“基于GIS的煤矿安全信息系统设计与开发”项目和“国家2008年注册安全工程师考试大纲提出的事故预警机制建立”理论的提出,以煤与瓦斯突出危险性预警为研究对象,运用预警基本理论、煤与瓦斯突出预测技术、地理信息系统(GIS)技术以及安全系统工程的分析方法,构建了煤与瓦斯突出预警理论,提出了煤与瓦斯突出预警的逻辑工作过程和基于GIS的煤与瓦斯突出预警的标准化实现过程。在进行理论创新的同时,运用MapX地理信息系统开发控件,进行了GIS的二次开发,构建了煤与瓦斯突出预警系统,实现了对煤与瓦斯突出数据的集成管理和可视化显示,可为煤与瓦斯突出的防治、应急管理提供可靠依据。本文完成的研究工作及取得的主要进展如下:(1)综合运用预警基本理论、煤与瓦斯突出预测技术以及安全系统工程的分析方法,构建了煤与瓦斯突出预警理论,对该理论的内涵进行了界定,并提出了煤与瓦斯突出危险性预警的逻辑工作过程,形成了完整的煤与瓦斯突出预警理论体系。(2)深入分析了地理信息系统适用于预警的功能,研究分析了GIS适用于预警的优点,阐述了地理信息系统中图层、专题地图、专题地图分级显示作为GIS适用于预警信号输出的原理。(3)通过对煤与瓦斯突出影响因素的分析,提出了运用数量化理论建立煤与瓦斯突出综合预警模型的步骤,研究预警模型基于GIS表达的关键技术,提出了基于GIS的煤与瓦斯突出预警实现的标准化过程。(4)通过研究GIS对空间数据与属性数据的管理模式,提出系统数据解决方案,建立了煤与瓦斯突出基础信息和灾害信息的分类管理模型,实现对煤与瓦斯突出数据的有效集成管理和可视化显示。(5)对煤与瓦斯突出警兆指标进行了研究,建立了预警信息的分级输出标准,提出基于GIS的预警级别输出方式,与针对煤与瓦斯突出危险性状态的分级管理模式。(6)基于控件GIS开发的优点和MapX的具体使用方法,使用VB6.0编程语言,开发了集信息管理、煤与瓦斯突出危险性预警于一体的煤与瓦斯突出预警系统,并使用该预警系统对试验矿井煤与瓦斯突出危险性进行了预警,验证了本研究方法的客观性、科学性与可用性。

【Abstract】 Combining the project of design and development of GIS-based mine safety information system and the pre-warning mechanism which was put forward in the examination outline of national registered safety engineer in 2008, this paper take the danger warning of coal and gas outburst as researching object, through the comprehensive employment of pre-warning principle, outburst forecast technique, geographical information system (GIS) technique and safety system engineering analytical approach, established coal and gas outburst pre-warning theory, put forward pre-warning logic process and GIS-based pre-warning standard-realizing process of coal and gas outburst.At the same time of theoretical innovation, this research carried out a second development with MapX component of GIS, and constructed coal and gas outburst pre-warning system, realized data integrated management and visualization. This achievement can provide reliable basis for coal and gas outburst prevention as well as emergency management. The concrete achievement and main progress are as follows:(1) The research work comprehensively employs pre-warning principle, coal and gas outburst prediction technology, and analysis methods of safety systems engineering, established coal and gas outburst pre-warning theory, defined the theoretical contents, put forward coal and gas outburst pre-warning logic process, formed a complete pre-warning theoretical system of coal and gas outburst.(2) This paper analyzed pre-warning functions of geographical information system, and the merits of GIS applying in pre-warning, expounded the rationale of pre-warning signal output in GIS which involves the layers, thematic maps as well as its classified showing function applicable to pre-warning.(3) With the analysis of influencing factors in coal and gas outburst, this paper put forward the steps which constructs coal and gas outburst comprehensive pre-warning model with the theory of quantification, the research work studied GIS-based expression technique, and put forward pre-warning realizing standard process of GIS-based coal and gas outburst.(4) Through the study of spatial data and attribute data management model, the research work provided system data solutions plan, established category management model for basic data and disaster data, realized data integrated management and visualization of coal and gas outburst. (5) Through the study of the warning-sign indicators of coal and gas outburst, the research established classification criteria for pre-warning information output, put forward GIS-based pre-warning data-output level, and classification management model to the danger status of coal and gas outburst.(6) Rely on developing advantages of GIS and concrete methods of MapX, this research work use VB6.0 programming language, developed coal and gas outburst pre-warning system which combined information management and coal and gas outburst danger warning. In addition, the pre-warning system was applied to test coal and gas outburst danger, and verified its objectivity, scientificity and availability.
