【摘要】 国际旅游城市的理论研究严重落后于国际旅游城市建设的实践,有关国际旅游城市形成发展的动力机制和发展模式的研究目前还不多见,因此本研究具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文以区位理论、可持续发展理论、增长极理论、城市创新理论、区域旅游业竞争力理论、生态城市建设理论以及旅游社会人类学理论为指导,采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,探索国际旅游城市形成发展的动力机制,总结国际旅游城市发展的一般模式与驱动模式,并以大连为例进行实证研究。本文就国际旅游城市的概念、内涵进行了较为深入的研究,重新界定了国际旅游城市的概念,明确了国际旅游城市的内涵及鉴别标准。本文构建了指导国际旅游城市建设的理论框架,提出区位理论、可持续发展理论、增长极理论、城市创新理论、区域旅游业竞争力理论、生态城市建设理论以及旅游社会人类学理论是指导国际旅游城市建设的基础理论。以此为基础,采用定性与定量相结合、理论研究与实证研究相结合的方法,构建了国际旅游城市形成发展的动力系统,提出推动国际旅游城市形成发展的主导力量是由外部推力与内在动力相互作用构成的、并主要由内在动力驱动的互动型动力系统。在不同历史阶段以及在同一历史阶段的不同城市,国际旅游城市形成发展的推动力量是不同的,并且是可以互相转化的。并通过运行检验分析,验证上述观点的同时,确定了本文提出的九大动力子系统对国际旅游城市形成发展贡献的大小及排序。在总结国际旅游城市形成发展规律的基础上,提出了国际旅游城市建设的一般经济模式,即环境经济模式与产品经济模式、内生发展模式与外生发展模式。同时,应用系统动力学的分析方法,从国际旅游城市发展的主导驱动力量出发,提出了国际旅游城市形成发展的四种驱动模式,即区位驱动模式、环境驱动模式、资源驱动模式以及综合发展模式。并在对国际旅游城市的空间结构模式进行分析的基础上,总结概括了国际旅游城市形成发展的地域空间模式。上述研究丰富了国际旅游城市建设的基础理论,可成为我国国际旅游城市建设的重要参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Theoretical studies concerning international tourist cities often do not keep pace with the growth and development of ongoing, dynamic event in a particular market area. Due to this trend, the mechanisms associated with the development mode of designing and implementing successful international tourist cities lack complete and beneficial analysis. So this research is of great theoretical and practical significance.Using qualitative and quantitative research methods, this thesis explores the mechanism and driving mode of the development of international tourist cities. Using Dalian as an example, this thesis summarizes the general pattern and driving model of international tourist cities. It is written under the guidelines of following theories: location theory, the theory of sustainable development, growth pole, urban innovation, competitiveness of regional tourism, eco-city construction, and tourism social anthropology theory.The main points of this thesis are listed as follows:First, redefine the definition of an international tourist city, clarify the connotations and standards of international tourist cities.Secondly, set up a theoretical system for the development of the international tourist cities and propose the following guidelines for it: location theory, the theory of sustainable development, growth pole, urban innovation, competitiveness of regional tourism, eco-city construction and tourism social anthropology theory.Thirdly, set up the mechanism for the development of international tourist cities, the internal and external force interacting to produce the dominant force in this mechanism. The driving force for the development of international tourist cities vary during different periods and places .Fourth, identify the sequence of seven major mechanism subsystem according to their contribution to the development of international tourist cities by quantitative analysis.Fifth, propose the general economic patterns for the development of international tourist cities, that are: the model of environment economy and product economy, endogenous and exogenous development model. Meanwhile, using system dynamics analysis, it proposes the four driving models of the development of international tourist cities: location, environment, resources and integrated-driven models. Based on the analysis of the space structure models of international tourist cities, it builds a regional space model for the generation and development of international tourist cities.The above points not only help to make a further theoretical studies concerning international tourist cities, and also can be used as valuable reference for the development of international tourist cities in China.更多还原
