【摘要】 城市化是现代社会发展的必然趋势,但城市化打破了人类社会与自然环境的平衡,生态城市建设是解决城市化问题的有利武器。本文对生态城市的发展规律和发展路径进行了研究,建立了一套生态城市评价指标体系。利用这套评价指标体系对呼和浩特市的生态建设情况进行了分析,针对呼和浩特市的生态城市发展过程和建设现状提出了相应政策建议,为带动我国城市生态文明建设与发展具有十分重要的理论与现实意义。论文首先介绍了与生态城市建设与发展的相关理论,包括生态学理论、城市生态理论、生态承载力理论、系统理论、可持续发展理论和循环经济理论等,为本文生态城市发展研究奠定了坚实的理论基础。之后,论文介绍了城市、城市生态系统与生态城市之间的关系,认为解决目前的城市生态环境问题的最可行办法就是建设生态城市。建设生态城市就要研究生态城市的发展规律,本文按照城市对环境的影响将城市发展划分为五个阶段,利用城市生态承载力理论和Logistic方程对城市及生态城市的发展规律进行了研究,分析了在不同承载力状态下城市的发展曲线,提出了城市向生态城市发展的14种演化模式。通过引力模型的引入来说明生态城市之间存在一定的生态引力,并在此基础上针对生态城市的建设与发展提出了大生态城市发展观。针对生态城市的发展程度和发展水平,本文以大生态城市发展观为背景,从城市发展水平、城市发展协调性、城市发展潜力三大方面和城市社会、经济、科技、管理、资源、环境和人口等七个领域建立了生态城市评价指标体系。在大生态城市发展研究与生态城市评价体系建立的基础上,本文对呼和浩特生态城市纵向发展状况和目前的发展状态进行了分析与与评价,认为呼和浩特市目前处在城市发展的第三阶段,即工业发展的生态型城市阶段或生态城市建设较差阶段。针对呼和浩特目前发展状况,提出了建立呼和浩特市-包头市-鄂尔多斯市(简称呼包鄂)大生态城市的构想,并在经济发展、环境治理、资源分布和社会协调等方面对呼包鄂大生态城市的构想进行了进一步的说明。论文最后在呼包鄂大生态城市发展框架下,从生态伦理观的建设、城市规划、环境信息公开、提高公民环保意识和提倡生态旅游等方面对呼和浩特市的生态城市建设提出了相应的发展建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urbanization is the inevitable trend of social development, but this trend upsets the balance of the human society and the natural environment. The eco-city construction is a powerful weapon to resolve the problem .In this paper the author study the development law of eco-city, and the establish an ecological city evaluation index system. The author also give some proposals on the ecology of urban construction in Huhhot which is of great theoretical and practical significance for stimulating China’s urban construction and development of ecological civilization.Firstly, this papers presented with eco-city construction and development theory, including the theory of ecology, urban ecology theory, theory of urban management, urban economics theory, the theory of sustainable development and recycling of economic theory. It builds a solid theoretical foundation on studying for. the development of China’s eco-city. On the basis of research in theory, the paper introduces the relationship between the ecological city and urban ecosystems and suggests that the most viable option to solve the current problems of urban ecological environment is to build eco-city.Secondly, to study the development of eco-city on construction of Ecological City, the paper divided the urban development phase into five stages according to environmental impact of urbanization. The author uses of the city’s ecological carrying capacity theory and Logistic of the equation to study cities and the development of eco-city, and analyze the urban development curve in different capacity state, and proposes to 14 model of the ecological urban development evolution. Furthermore, The author proposes the concept of the ecology of urban development, and cites the Gravity Model in Eco-city development to further explain reasonability in the concept of the ecology of urban development.Thirdly, this paper establish an eco-city evaluation index system from the city level of development, coordination of urban development, urban development potential the three angles including urban society, the economy, science and technology, management, resources, environment and population, the seven areas in according with the development of eco-city level and the level of development.Fourthly, this paper analyses and evaluates Hohhot ecological conditions of the urban development on the basis research in Urban Development Mechanism and eco-city evaluation system. The author analyses and evaluates Hohhot ecological conditions, and thinks the develop stage of Hohhot are currently the transition period between the third phase and the fourth phase. Aiming at the current development situation of Hohhot, The author has proposed the concept of establishment of Hohhot-Baotou-Erdos, and makes the further clarification on the concept from economic development, environmental management, resource distribution and social aspects of the coordination.Finally, in the Hohhot-Baotou-Erdos major ecological urban development framework, this Papers gives some proposals on the ecology of Hohhot urban construction from the concept of ecological ethics building, urban planning, environmental information public, and increase citizen awareness of environmental protection and the promotion of eco-tourism, and other aspects.更多还原
