神东矿区浅埋煤层关键层理论及其应用研究

【摘要】 论文综合采用理论分析、数值模拟与物理模拟实验、现场试验与工程探测等方法,就神东矿区浅埋煤层关键层理论进行了深入研究,主要内容包括:浅埋煤层覆岩关键层结构分类及其破断失稳特征;神东矿区浅埋煤层关键层判别方法及其相关参数;浅埋煤层关键层运动对地表沉陷影响规律;神东矿区浅埋煤层关键层运动对导水裂隙演化及顶板突水的影响规律;补连塔煤矿四盘区顶板异常突水机理及防治等。首次将浅埋煤层覆岩关键层结构分为二类四种,提出了神东矿区浅埋煤层覆岩复合单一关键层结构的形成条件及判别方法;分析了神东矿区浅埋煤层复合单一关键层结构及上煤层已采单一关键层结构的破断失稳特征及其力学机理。通过内部岩移钻孔原位观测,确定了神东矿区浅埋煤层覆岩关键层判别软件所需的载荷传递系数、岩层破断角等关键参数。揭示了浅埋煤层关键层运动对地表沉陷动态过程的控制作用;分析了浅埋煤层地表沉陷观测间隔周期对地表下沉动态曲线形态和最大下沉速度的影响;总结得到了神东矿区浅埋煤层地表沉陷特征和基本参数。揭示了浅埋煤层关键层运动对顶板导水裂隙演化的规律和补连塔煤矿四盘区顶板异常突水机理;应用理论研究成果提出了补连塔煤矿四盘区顶板突水防治对策,取得了显著的效果和经济效益。

【Abstract】 The key strata theroy in shallow seam mining of Shendong mining area was further studied in this paper by theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, physical simulation, field test and engineering detection. The main contents include the parts as follows: structure classification and breaking characteristics of key strata of overlying strata in shallow seam mining of Shendong mining area, distinguish method and correlation parameters of key strata in shallow seam of Shendong mining area, the influence laws of the key strata movement on surface subsidence in shallow seam mining, the influence laws of the key strata movement on water flowing fractured zone development and roof water inrush in shallow seam mining of Shendong mining area, the mechanism and prevention and cure of abnormal water inrush in roof at NO.4 panel of Bulianta Mine.The key strata structuer is classified to two classes and four species for the first time in the paper. The formation conditions of complex singleness key strata structure in shallow seam mining was put forward and distinguish method was also given. The breaking characteristics and mechanical mechanism of complex singleness key strata structure were analyzed and the same to up coal seam postharvest singleness key strata structure. According to the observation of interior rock movement drilling, some key parameters such as the load transfer coefficient and rock breaking angle were determined when the key strata is distinguished in the shallow seam mining of Shendong mining area. The control action of key strata movement to surface subsidence dynamic process in shallow seam mining was revealed in the paper. After analyzing the influences of the subsidence observation interval periodic on subsidence dynamic curve configuration and the maximal subsidence velocity, the characteristics and basic parameters of surface subsidence in shallow seam mining was summarized and the influences of the key strata movement on water flowing fractured zone development in shallow seam mining was also given. After analyzing the mechanism of abnormal water inrush in roof at NO.4 panel of Bulianta Mine, the prevention and cure measures were brought forward and achieved obvious effect and good economic benefit.
