面向绿色开采的低粘度介质润滑理论及应用研究

【摘要】 推导了在常见的两种圆柱坐标系下考虑了惯性力及界面滑移现象的雷诺方程,并提出其数值解法,研究了惯性力及界面滑移现象对低粘度介质润滑的影响。对各种螺旋槽平面型线对水润滑螺旋槽推力轴承的水膜压力分布及承载能力的影响进行了研究,在推力轴承的部分区域采用合成橡胶从而构成水润滑螺旋槽橡胶推力轴承,以进一步提高轴承的承载能力和抗泥沙能力。建立起水润滑橡胶推力轴承的弹流润滑模型,对其进行弹流润滑分析。研究了水垫带式输送机的润滑机理,建立起水垫数学模型,并利用多种数值方法模拟其流场情况,了解了其各种设计参数对输送机承载能力的影响程度,为进一步提高水垫带式输送机的工作性能提供了理论基础。根据煤矿机械的工作特点,确定适宜用水作为润滑介质的煤矿机械的工作场合与范围以及适用于煤矿机械的水润滑摩擦副材料,并对润滑介质中煤尘等杂质浓度含量对水润滑摩擦副润滑性能的影响程度进行了相关理论研究以及数值模拟计算。
【Abstract】 Reynolds equations taking into account of the inertia effect and boundary slip effect based on two kinds of cylindrical coordinate systems are derived from continuity equation and Navier-Stokes equation. The numerical solutions for the Reynolds equations are provided. The influence of the inertia effect and boundary slip effect on the low viscosity lubricants lubrication are researched. The influence of the groove molded lines on the pressure fields and the loading capacity of spiral groove thrust bearings are researched. For improve the loading capacity and the anti-mud capacity, a new kind of spiral groove thrust bearings in which rubber are used is designed. Elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) model for spiral groove rubber thrust bearings is established. According to this model, the EHL analysis of spiral groove thrust bearings are carried out. Water supported belt conveyor is designed. The mathematical model of water cushion pressure fields is derived. The distribution of water cushion pressure fields was simulated by using different numerical solutions. The influences of the design parameters include diameter and distribution of the muzzles on the load capacity of the conveyor are researched, provide theory base and reference for improving the work performance of the conveyor. Account of the work characters of coal mine machinery, the work situation and area of coal mine machinery which fit for use water lubrication are made sure. The materials of water-lubricated friction pairs fit for coal mine machinery are chose. The influence of the content of impurity such as grime in water on the lubrication performance of the water-lubricated friction pairs are researched and numerical simulated.
