【摘要】 本文从分析可靠性研究现状入手,以数控装备(数控机床和数控系统)可靠性增长技术应用研究为着眼点,全面而系统地阐述了基于现代网络技术的可靠性网络信息系统平台建设的规划,为可靠性研究提供新方法、新技术、新理念。提出并构筑了可靠性网络信息系统网络平台规划,并在此基础上详细论述了可靠性数据库网络信息系统设计。并引入了数据挖掘的概念应用在故障模式分析中。应用数据挖掘的关联规则方法对故障数据的故障模式进行了分析,并结合国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)项目“数控装备与系统可靠性关键技术开发及应用”(2002AA424058)以及来自数控装备用户的部分可靠性现场数据,对主要关键技术特别是可靠性数据库关联规则挖掘,应用sql2005的数据挖掘功能进行了必要的试验验证。证明了该方法可行性和实用性。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the reliability research level of homemade CNC machine tool, this paper analyzes the existing theory and methodology of CNC machine tool, presents the reliability information system building theory and methodology based on the modern network technology, and implements the reliability information system design and it provides a basic platform for the reliability research. Combining with the 863 project“Key Technology and Application of CNC Machine tool and System Reliability”(2002AA424058) and the on-the-spot reliability data from the user of CNC machine tool, the paper discusses the key technology of reliability information construction and implement technology and reliability data fault analysis technology based on data mining and the synthesis system in detail, and proves it with necessary experimental tests.Beginning from the state of art reliability research and focus on the application of CNC machine tool (CNC machine tool and system) reliability growth technology, this paper illustrates the necessity and importance of introducing the new method, technology and concept of reliability research.This paper firstly puts forward the concept and concrete content of reliability network information system -- synthesis platform of improving the reliability research level of homemade CNC machine tool. On the base of analysis of the significance of building such a platform, the author puts forwards the definition of reliability intelligent network information system of CNC machine tool combining the existing research, backbone network platform for detailed planning, detailed analysis of a network platform business model, the network platform architecture; reliability of the information system network platform into the network and within the network, and design internal and external networks of functions, presents the hierarchical topology based on the network topology, discusses the software, hardware and implementation of the platform. It provides the research foundation and support for the related research such as the user satisfaction degree, user case database, the CNC machine tool virtual enterprise building. Network security is the safe operation of the network platform that we object to the security and confidentiality in accordance with the user is divided into two parts: the internal LAN users and Internet access to users, mainly for internal users to access control for external users access to safe use of filtering routing and firewall solutions.CNC machine tool detailed exposition of network equipment reliability of the overall design, the design of information systems needs analysis, completed the system design, process design pages and the contents of the database design. The development of key technologies ASP.net system in the system described in the application, a Web-based database by using three-tier client / server architecture: the first layer is the browser, the second layer is reliability Web server, the third layer Including some reliability of information systems applications and reliability of fault data database. And the main function modules for the realization of the notes, application ADO.net visit reliability of the data source approach. At the same time on the software used by the security system design.In solving the problem of fault mode analysis in reliability research, this paper puts forward association rules method to analysis fault mode on the based data mining. There are lots of database in the reliability research and the quantity of databases and the data in it will become huge. There are some relations among this huge data. Fault mode analysis aims to search these relations between these fault data, which is each other effect, analysis impact on the CNC machine tool reliability, and takes different amelioration measure. The data mining association rules in the analysis of the failure mode analysis of the application of the failure mode analysis of the definition of association rules, association rules on the analysis algorithm in the failure mode analysis of the definition of the set of parameters for support, credibility (in Probability), the smallest support, the minimum degree of reliability for a detailed exposition; examples of applications and verify this theory in the failure mode analysis of the feasibility of application. Finally application failure mode and method of analysis used in this way were compared to prove the usefulness of this method in accordance with these failures of the outcome, take different measures for improving things. This method is proved by the on-the-spot reliability data from the user of CNC machine tool; result attests this method is effective and practicality. Based on the completion of the association rules in SQL2005 failure mode analysis of business data analysis functions can be achieved. Described in detail the implementation steps, parameter settings, and a series of the NC product failure data were analyzed.
