【副题名】一种人本主义的趋势

【摘要】 在建筑的类型中,医疗建筑由于其功能的复杂性而受到特殊的看待。近现代以来随着西方科学医学引入中国,在西式医院建筑模式基础上发展起来的中国医疗建筑在纷纭变幻的社会相关因素的影响下呈现错综复杂的局面;当今由于其自身与技术的紧密相关性,并且随着医疗体系的变革又面临新的发展需求。针对这一课题,本文从医疗与人的关系、建筑与人的关系出发,从历史脉络和当代横向因素的比较综合角度,对中国医疗建筑的发展进行分析研究。第一部分是论文的背景理论部分,从历史的维度对西方的医学与医疗建筑的发展做出综合论述。特别是对工业社会以后现代主义时期医疗建筑发展的理论和方法进行分析,总结了适应时代需求的现代医疗建筑的空间模式和美学表现,分析其不足之处及其改进探索的意义。第二部分是在西方的现代医疗建筑基础上,梳理中国医疗建筑发展的阶段性脉络。分别从社会和医疗背景、城市和乡村医疗建筑的实例和特征、特别是建筑与人的关系等方面进行分析总结。第三部分首先分析当代推动医疗发展的变革性因素,包括社会的变革,人口老龄化,医疗保障等方面的变化,疾病与医学的发展等对医疗建筑产生变革的影响。其次,在上述相关因素的作用下,对照西方医疗建筑的发展,探讨当代中国医疗建筑设计中应当重视的人本主义设计方略,包括医疗设施的规划布局,组成部门的设计原则和设计方法;以及研究与临床空间的整合,建筑的动态发展等问题的综合论述。指出目前我们尚且认识不足的方面,并提出开放式的改进策略。展望医疗建筑未来将在人本主义的观念下拓展,其发展的领域包括针对老龄化的保健护理,面对未来发展需求的可持续利用理念,医疗建筑的循证设计,设计观念在功能主义基础上向更加重视建筑的文化价值和人本意义扩展等。最后,以论文综合分析的结论为指导,在相关的医疗建筑设计中加以应用和检验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Due to complication healthcare architecture has always been treated in a special way , the Chinese healthcare architecture has been presented completely and intricately on the basis of the mode of western healthcare architecture with western scientific medicine being introduced into China during the modern times. Currently, it is on close terms with the technique as well as the faces of new development requirements of the changing medical system. In regards to this project, the thesis analyzes the Chinese healthcare architecture according to the relationship between healthcare, architecture and human being from a point of integrated view, comparing history and modern horizontal factors.Part1: Background Theory. To engage in a comprehensive discussion combining western scientific medicine with the development of the healthcare architecture in a historical view, especially looking at the Modern healthcare architecture theory and methods in the industrial society. We summarize the space-pattern and aesthetic presentation of the modern healthcare architecture to meet the requirement of the times. Meanwhile, the paper also analyzes its deficitions and improvements.Part2: We look at the coordination and the development of the Chinese healthcare architecture as based on the western modern healthcare architecture. We analyze the background of society and the health care available, and the characteristics of the urban and rural healthcare architecture. In particular, we look at the relationship between architecture and human being.Part3: First of all, we analyze the changeable factors that promote the modern medical treatment, including social transformation, population of aging, ensurement of the health care, chang of disease and the development of medicine. Then, influenced by the above-mentioned points, to point out the insufficiency and ameliorate comparing with the evolution of western healthcare architecture, we discuss the essentiality of humanism while design the modern Chinese healthcare architecture, which involve planning of the healthcare facilities, priciple and methods of department design, and combination of the research and clinic practice, constantly developing of architecture.To view the future of the healthcare architecture based on the humanism, it will be related to the care of the population aging, sustainable development which meets the future, evidence-based design, and on functionlism expanding on culture and humanism. Finally, the conclusion will be applied and tested as a direction on the relevant design projects.更多还原
