【摘要】 我国是一个多山的国家，山区的总面积占到国土面积的三分之二，其经济社会状况直接影响到整个国民经济发展的全局，在全国具有重要的地位。与此同时，山区又是全国的生态屏障：山区是淡水资源的主要源头，是自然资源的富集区，是清洁空气的提供者，负有防止水土流失、调节气候、净化空气等重要的生态职责。因此，推进山区经济的可持续发展，在我国具有特殊的经济、生态和社会政治意义。本文从中国山区经济发展的实际出发，以产业结构理论为基础，以可持续发展为主线，采用综合评析、比较分析、实证分析等方法，探讨如何通过调整山区产业结构，推进中国山区经济的可持续发展。文章阐述了可持续发展与山区经济发展的基本理论，指出我国山区承担着发展经济与保护生态的双重任务，可持续发展是中国山区经济发展的必然选择；同时，论述了产业结构调整与可持续发展的相互关系及我国产业结构失衡对可持续发展的影响，深入分析了可持续发展导向下我国山区产业结构调整面临的机遇与挑战及调整产业结构的需求；在此基础上，探讨通过改造山区传统农业、发展山区非农产业、推动山区主导产业发展等方面，调整并优化山区产业结构，实现山区经济的可持续发展；最后，提出了可持续发展导向下推进山区产业结构调整的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 China is a mountainous country. 2/3 of her land is mountain. The economic & socialconditions in these areas affect the national economy development, so it plays animportant role in China. Moreover, the mountain area acts as an ecologic screen for thewhole country—it is the main source of fresh water, the habitat of natural resources, theprovider of fresh air. It is also helps to prevent the loss of water & soil, to modulateweather, to purify air, etc. In this case, to boost the sustainable economic development ofthe mountain area has the special economical, ecological as well as social importance.Firstly, this paper is to study how to boost sustainable economic development in themountain area by way of adjusting its industrial structures. This paper bases on theindustry structure theory, guide lined by sustainable development theory, using some toolssuch as synthetic analysis, comparative analysis, case study, etc. Secondly, this paperpoints out that Chinese mountain areas shoulder the duplex responsibilities of developingeconomy & protecting ecology, therefore sustainable development becomes theconsequential choice for China mountain area’s economy. Thirdly, this paper dissertatesthe relationships between industrial structure adjustment and sustainable development andthe impact of Chinese industry structure imbalance to sustainable development. Fourthly,this paper analyzes the opportunities & challenges in the process of China industrystructure adjustment and the necessity of this adjustment. Fifthly, this paper verifies themountain area’s sustainable development could be achieved by reforming its traditionalagriculture, exploring non-agriculture industry, booming the leading industries, adjusting& optimizing its industry structure, etc. Finally, this paper puts forward the proposals ofhow to boost the industry structure adjustment under the theory of sustainabledevelopment.更多还原
