通用涡旋型线集成设计理论与方法研究

【摘要】 随着汽车工业的蓬勃发展,冰箱空调等制冷设备的日趋普及,电子、电力、轻工、机械、化工、医疗器械、制药、酿酒、食品等行业或作为加工中心等设备用于压缩介质和其他特殊用途的需求,以及能源短缺的影响,以共轭曲线啮合和型腔容积变化为工作原理的压缩理论被世界各国研究人员广泛研究。由于压缩机是制冷、空调等装置的核心工作与耗能部件,其工作效率的大小直接关系着整个制冷循环系统的效率,因此,高效率、低噪音的涡旋压缩机对于降低能源消耗和提高人类的生存居住质量具有重大意义。在国家自然科学基金项目(编号:50475063)和教育部高等学校博士点专项科研基金项目(编号:20030611002)资助下,本文提出了“通用涡旋型线集成设计理论与方法研究”的课题。在综合国际国内相关研究的基础上,该论文对表征涡旋型线本质特征的根本因素—涡旋型线的函数表达式的构成方式本身进行了创新性研究。论文完成的主要研究工作和取得的研究成果有以下几部分:回顾了涡旋压缩机技术及其发展概况,归纳了涡旋压缩机技术的全新要求和发展趋势,对涡旋压缩机技术及相关研究领域的现状、发展水平进行了综述。通用涡旋型线几何理论与啮合特性研究。针对现有表征方式的局限性和不足之处,从微分几何角度出发,研究了平面曲线固有方程的局部特性和整体特性,分析了通用涡旋型线等距曲线和包络原理,得到了法向等距曲线生成及包络法等距曲线生成方法,推导了通用涡旋型线的坐标变换方法,得到了通用涡旋型线的平面啮合理论。对通用涡旋型线及正多边形渐开型线共轭啮合理论进行了研究。分析了涡旋型线构成原则和判定方法,论证了通用涡旋型线控制方程是生成涡旋型线共轭型线的必要条件,并由此得出了两种涡旋型线共轭型线的生成方法。研究了通用涡旋型线表达变化特性及通用涡旋型线集成过程,利用级数思想,分析了关于切向角参数的基于曲率半径的弧函数固有多项式方程数学形式,提出了通用涡旋型线集成设计理论,得到了通用涡旋型线集成型线。对通用涡旋型线集成型线的系数参数变换特性进行了研究,得到了通用涡旋型线集成型线在各个阶段的特性及其整个阶段的共性。通过通用涡旋型线集成型线的可得到不同的涡旋压缩机型线。利用等距曲线法和控制方程法推导了通用涡旋型线集成型线的共轭啮合型线。通用涡旋型线集成型线参数设计及形状优化研究。针对通用涡旋型线集成型线的系数参数变化特性,给出了通用涡旋型线集成型线实例利用优化设计方法,建立了通用涡旋型线集成型线优化数学模型,给出了通用涡旋型线集成型线形状优化实例分析与评价。分析了等壁厚及变壁厚涡旋型线,得出了形状性态良好的涡旋型线。通用涡旋型线集成型线压缩机建模仿真及动涡盘有限元分析。研究了通用涡旋型线集成型线涡旋压缩机的运动仿真的建模基础,利用MATLAB软件得到了关于切向角参数系列点列,利用PRO/ENGINEER软件来生成动、静涡旋型线和动、静涡旋盘。根据涡旋压缩机运动结构,建立了通用涡旋型线集成型线涡旋压缩机的动态仿真模型。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对通用涡旋型线集成型线压缩机的动涡盘进行了有限元分析,得出了在运动状态及气体力作用下的综合位移变形图及等效应力变形图,验证了通用涡旋型线集成设计理论的正确性。通用涡旋型线集成型线涡旋压缩机样机研制及实验研究。分析了通用涡旋型线集成型线压缩机部件材质、加工方法及加工设备,生成了样机加工图纸,并制造出了通用涡旋型线集成型线压缩机样机,对样机进行了测试,通过样机的实验研究验证了通用涡旋型线集成设计理论的有效性。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of automobile industry and popularity of refrigeration equipment and requirement of many industry such as electron, power, light industry, machinery, chemistry, medical appliance, medical preparation, vintage and food or machining center for compressing medium and other special requirement and the effect of energy shortage, compression theory with the work principle of conjugation curve engagement and cavity volume chaging is studied all over the world. Compressor is the key component of refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment, and the work efficiency of compressor is very important for the whole refrigeration cycle system. Therefore, the scroll compressor has a great significance for decresing energy consumption and improving human life quality for its high efficiency and low noise.To study the inherence of scroll profiles radically, the dissertation proposed the subject“Study on General Scroll Profiles Integration Design Theory and Methodology”, sponsored by the National Nature Science Foudation of China (NSFCNo.50475063) and Specialized Research Fund for the Doctoral Program of Higher Education for supporting the project (SRDPHENo.20030611002). In the dissertation the major work and tasks are described as follows:①Summary of current literature related this subjectThe dissertation reviewed the development progress of scroll compressor technology and summed up some new requirement and development trend of scroll compressor technology. Summaried the current state of the scroll compressor technology and relational study region.②Study on geometry theory and engagement characteristics of scroll profilesAiming as the limitations of scroll profiles in existence, the whole characteristics and local characteristics of plane curve instinct equation were studied. Analyzed the equidistant curve of envelope principle, normal equidistant curve creating method and envelope equidistant curve creating method were gained. Transformation of coordinate’s methodology of scroll profiles was deduced and plane engagement theory of scroll profiles was given up.③Study on general scroll profiles and conjugation meshing theory of polygonThe composing principle and determinant method were given up. Studied the necessary of control equation of general scroll profiles and gained two creating methodologies of conjugation scroll profiles.④Study on general scroll profiles integration design theory and its expression varying characteristicsUsing the method of series, polynomial equation mathematic expression based on instinct equation of radius of curvature was analyzed. General scroll profiles integration design theory was given up and gained the integration scrolls of general scroll profiles. The coefficient parameters transform characteristics of integration scrolls of general scroll profiles was studied. The speciality and general character of integration scrolls of general scroll profiles were given up. Through developing integration scrolls of general scroll profiles, the new scroll profiles can establish. The conjugation scroll profiles were deduced by the methods of equidistant curve and control equation.⑤Study on parameter design and shape optimization of the integration scrolls of general scroll profilesAiming at Coefficient parametric variation characteristic of general scroll profiles integration scrolls was studied and examples were given up. Using optimization design method, the mathematic model of integration scrolls of general scroll profiles was established and the analysis examples were given up. By analyzed the equal wall thick and variational wall thick scroll profiles, the scroll profiles were gained, which can satisfy the requirement of excellent performance.⑥General scroll profiles compressor modeling simulation and FEM analysisStudied the model foundation of scroll compressor for movement simulation. Using MATLAB software to gain a series of range of points about tangent angle parameter and using PRO/ENGINEER to create the fixed and orbiting scrolls. Analyzed the construction and performance of scroll compressor to establish dynamic simulation model of general scroll profiles compressor. Using ANSYS to make FEM analysis for the orbiting model and got the integration displacement transfiguration and equivalent stress transfiguration diagram and verified the validity and practicability of general scroll profiles integration design theory.⑦Model machine manufacture and experimental investigationComponent material and processing procedure were given up. Model machine drawing and model machine of general scroll profiles compressor were gained. Through testing the model machine and got the conclusion which verifying the correctness of general scroll profiles integration design theory and methodology.
