模袋固化土海上围埝建造方法及理论研究

【摘要】 为了降低工程造价、充分利用沿海地区廉价丰富的淤泥质粘土资源,本文研究利用模袋固化土作为堤心来替代砂石料等常规材料修建海上围埝。本文结合海上围埝的工程特点,通过有限元分析、离心模型试验等方法对模袋固化土围埝的工作机理和建造方法进行研究,并通过工程现场原位监测结果进行分析验证,主要研究内容和成果如下:1.通过对固化土工程特性的研究,分析和总结了各影响因素对物理和力学指标的影响规律,找出影响固化土强度的主要因素,提出固化土的质量控制办法和指标,为海上固化土围埝设计参数的选取提供了重要依据;2.通过离心模型试验、室内水工模型试验,结合有限元分析深入分析了模袋织物的抗滑机理和模袋固化土围埝的破坏形式,提出了适合模袋固化土围埝的地基稳定、地基固结等计算公式和计算方法,确定出一套适合于模袋固化土围埝的断面计算理论和设计方法;3.结合工程对海上围埝建造方法进行研究,分析海上围埝施工的特点和模袋固化土施工的技术难点,提出了模袋固化土海上围埝的施工工艺、监测技术和质量检验的方法,为模袋固化土海上围埝技术的实际应用奠定了理论基础;4.紧密结合依托工程进行一系列的原位测试,掌握了模袋固化土围埝实际的受力和变形情况,用实测数据与离心模型试验结果、有限元计算结果以及设计理论和计算方法进行了对比分析,从而达到完善设计理论,优化设计方法的目的。研究表明,模袋固化土做为海上围埝的堤心充填物是完全可行的,在软基上以模袋固化土堤心+模袋混凝土护面结构建造海上围埝是稳定可靠的。

【Abstract】 This paper studies the application of geotextile bags filled with solidified soil as the core of cofferdams for marine works. The low-priced and sufficient silty clay soil along the coast of Tianjin port can be found nearby, thus the construction costs of the project have been lowered.Based on the analysis of the operational characteristics of cofferdams for marine works, this paper mainly focuses on the research on the mechanism and construction methods of the cofferdams for marine works with che-mical fibre bags filled with solidified soil as the core, applying the finite element method and centrifugal model test (CMT). According to the analysis of results achieved from the monitor on the site, the main contents and contributions of the paper are listed here:1. With the help of the analysis of the construction feature of projects on solidified soil, the rules of correlated influence of various factors on the different variables of physics and mechanics and variables which may affect the intensity of solidified soil have been found out. The method for monitoring the quality of solidified soil and parameters related to it have also been pointed out, which can provide forceful reference for the design of any related projects in terms of choice of parameters.2. Based on the centrifugal model test (CMT) and indoor water engineering model test, the anti-slip mechanism of che-mical fibre bags and deconstruction ways of cofferdams for marine works with che-mical fibre bags filled with solidified soil as the core were being analyzed, with the application of the finite element method. The operational formula and operational methods for the solidity of found of cofferdams for marine works are put forward, and operational theories and designing way of sections of those cofferdams are also firmly established.3. The paper made research on the method for the construction of cofferdams for marine works and analyzed the construction feature and difficult points in the process of constructing cofferdams for marine works with che-mical fibre bags filled with solidified soil as the core.
