液压挖掘机工作装置与液压系统设计的研究

【摘要】 液压挖掘机是一种应用广泛的多功能的建设施工机械,作为工程机械的主力机种。由于液压挖掘机具有多品种,多功能,高质量及高效率等特点,因此受到了广大施工作业单位的青睐,其生产制造业也日益蓬勃发展。 液压挖掘机主要有发动机、液压系统、工作装置、回转装置、行走装置和电器控制等部分组成。本论文由两大部分组成,包括工作装置和液压系统设计。 挖掘机的主要工作就是土壤的挖掘。工作装置是直接完成挖掘任务的装置,许多挖掘机发达的国家广泛采用新技术、新方法来不断地提高液压挖掘机的作业性能和生产率。通过通用性及专业的挖掘机工作装置设计方法,进行工作装置的全面计算机通用性设计研究对推动国内挖掘机发展具有十分重要的意义。 论文全面收集了国内外挖掘机工作装置设计的有关资料,对挖掘机的各种工况进行了分析,总结了挖掘机工作装置的设计要求。提出了基于计算机全面仿真的现代设计方法,仿真跟随整个液压挖掘机工作装置设计的全过程,对整机的全部特性全方位的进行仿真。 液压挖掘机工作装置可归纳为平面连杆机构。因此,对平面连杆机构的通用分析方法进行了讨论,采用了杆组分解方法,通过对杆组分解方法的详细研究,建立一套完整的建模方法,把它变成完整的理论。提出了利用人机交互方式的机构模型的建立方法,用人机交互方式来实现机构的结构过程和参数的输入。在人机交互方式的分析基础上,解决了计算机求解流程,并实现了整个机构的计算机自动建模,基于机构计算机自动建模的实现来完成了机构通用分析软件TJGMA。 针对挖掘机工作装置的设计要求,利用机构通用分析软件,完成了一套专业性的挖掘机工作装置设计及性能分析软件TJCMDS。利用此软件,对挖掘机的所有性能进行了详细分析,包括工作装置的运动特性、受力特性、挖掘力分布特性等。进行了计算数据后处理和管理的研究,将被计算确定的设计参数传送到三维CAD应用软件,准备了能实现工作装置三维设计的基础。利用此软件能够进行快速正确的分析计算,形象直观,操作简单;当改变参数时,只要在计算机的有关界面上简单操作就能达到修改的目的。从而实现减少用户的工作强
【Abstract】 Hydraulic excavator is a kind of multifunction machine used widely in construction field. It is a primary kind of machine. Because of its multifunction , high quality and efficiency and various kinds, many company like to use it. Its manufacture is developing day by day.Hydraulic excavator consist of engine, hydraulic system, working equipment, rotator, walking equipment and electric control part. Two main parts -working equipment and hydraulic system’s designing make up of this article.The main task of hydraulic excavator is to dig soil. Working equipment is the first equipment to finish digging task. Many countries with developed technology on hydraulic excavator use new technology and new methods widely to improve its capability and productivity. Using universal and professional excavator’s working equipment’s design methods, having a study of universal design with computer is very important to the development of domestic excavator.In this article, collect most of the world excavator’s working equipment’s designing material. Analyze various kinds of excavator’s working conditions. Base on omnidirectional computer emulation, bring up a modern designing way. The way of emulation accompany the whole process of design and the whole machine’s performance.The working equipment of excavator is a kind of plane and link organ. The study of plane and link organ’s universal analysis ways apply the way of decomposing linkage group. By detailed study of the way of decomposing linkage group, set up a whole series of model-building ways, and make it be a complete theory. Bring up a way of interaction between man and machine. Through the way of interaction between man and machine, realize the organ’s forming process and parameters’ input. Base on analysis of the interaction between man and machine, figure out the problem of computer’s working flow, and complete the whole organ’s computer’s automatic model-building.
