中国西北地区再造山川秀美综合区划研究

【摘要】 本论文的选题来自于国家攻关项目《中国西北不同生态地域山川秀美试验示范区建设与重大科技难题研究》，是再造山川秀美前期研究中一级区划的继续和深化。着重于西北地区再造山川秀美二级和三级分区研究，这是实施再造山川秀美十分必要的。再造山川秀美综合区划研究就是针对西北地区生态环境的特征和各地山川秀美建设的具体目标，对生态、经济、社会因素进行综合评价和定量指标分析，进而做出能够反映不同地域再造山川秀美模式的综合性发展区划—再造山川秀美综合区划，为各地的山川秀美建设和规划提供理论和实施依据。 具体着力以下几方面的研究。 (1) 西北地区再造山川秀美综合区划理论与方法的研究； (2) 西北地区再造山川秀美综合区划因子体系的建立； (3) 再造山川秀美综合区划可视化管理信息系统的建立； (4) 应用实例研究。 研究通过实地调查，以系统论、可持续发展理论、生态经济学等理论为基础，应用层次分析、模糊聚类分析、GIS的多因素叠加分析等方法，结合西北地区生态环境、经济发展和社会进步的现状，对西北地区再造山川秀美综合区划的理论、区划方法、区划因子体系的建立等进行了深入、系统的研究，并以陕西省山川秀美综合区划为例进行了具体的实现，取得以下研究成果： 1．对我国各种区划成果的回顾和方法体系的分析 我国自然区划的理论和方法已积累了大量的成果。由于山川秀美综合区划的包括生态—经济—社会三个子系统，是一个全新的内容，比过去的任何区划都要复杂的多。所以本文首先对前人的成果进行了分析、总结，为本项研究在思路和经验方面提供借鉴。 2．西北地区山川秀美综合区划理论研究 本区划研究包括生态—经济—社会三个子系统，涉及多种因素。因此，在高层次的综合系统中划分不同的维度，即建立生态—经济—社会三维度空间关系。在各子系统内部划分不同的层次，实行分层次分区。这为区划方法的研究和区划因子体系的建立提供依据。 3．西北地区山川秀美综合区划方法研究 根据山川秀美综合区划的理论，首先，在三维度各子系统内，对不同层次采用建立的数学模型计算各评价单元的综合值；其次，考虑部分研究因子具有不确定性，将模糊数学的理论和方法与传统的聚类分析方法相结合，应用于各维度的区划。并应用自己编写的模糊聚类分析程序进行计算，划分出生态环境区划、更多还原

【Abstract】 This dissertation comes from the nation item " the graceful landscape with green mountains and clean and limpid rivers (GLGMCR) ’s the expermenting area construction and important science and technology problem researches of different ecosystem region in the Chinese northwest", it is the expected study of the prophase regionalization, very necessary for the GLGMCR construction. GLGMCR ’s comprehensive regionalization research is to carry on the comprehensive evaluation to the ecosystem, economy, social factor of every area, and provide the theories and implements bases for the GLGMCR construction, aiming at the northwest region’s different characteristic of ecosystem environment and the concrete target of the GLGMCR of everyplace.The main researches contents is as follows::(1)The theories and method of the GLGMCR ’s comprehensive regionalization;(2)The establishment of the index system of the GLGMCR’s comprehensive regionalization;(3) The establishment of management information system for the GLGMCR ’s comprehensive regionalization;(4) Case study.By investigating, this paper carries on a deep research for the comprehensive regionalization theories, method, establishment of index system of the northwest region, and takes concrete realization of the GLGMCR ’s comprehensive regionalization of ShaanXi province based on the system theory, information theory, the ecosystem economics theories and sustaining development theories, applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) , fuzzy cluster analysis and GIS spatial overlay analysis, which lead to the following research results:1. Analyzing the various regionalization results and the method systemsMany research results have been achieved about the nature regionalization. It is the foundation of comprehensive regionalization to analyze the results and theories of the previous research. Because the comprehensive regionalization consists of three systems of the ecosystem- economy- social, therefore, it is a very complex system, we make a deep research in the principle and targets of ecosystem, economy and the social development in northwest更多还原
