瘤果黑种草子和红花化学成分及生物活性的研究
Studies on the Chemical Constituents and Bioactivities of Nigella Glandulifera Freyn et Sint. and Carthamus Tinctorius L.

【摘要】 本文对瘤果黑种草子(Nigella glandulifera Freyn et Sint.)的化学成分和生物活性进行了系统研究,并且对红花(Carthamus tinctorius L.)的化学成分进行了深入研究。同时,对红花属植物的化学成分和药理作用进行了综述。 瘤果黑种草(Nigella glandulifera Freyn et Sint.)为毛莨科黑种草属植物,主产新疆、云南、西藏。为了寻找抗肿瘤活性成分,我们对该植物进行了全面系统的化学成分和生物活性研究。 通过应用现代色谱技术进行分离,应用化学方法和现代光谱技术对分离所得化合物进行结构鉴定,我们从瘤果黑种草子中分离鉴定了16个化合物,分别为黑种草碱(Nigeglanine NG1)、黑种草伪碱(Nigeglapine NG2)、附子碱(Fuzitine NG3)、黑种草黄酮苷(Nigelloside NG4)、黑种草苷(nigeglanoside NG5)、黑种草三糖(Nigellamose NG6)、常春藤皂苷元3-O-α-L-鼠李糖基-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿糖苷(α-Hederin NG7)、常春藤皂苷元3-O-β-D-吡喃木糖基-(1→3)-α-L-鼠李糖基-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿糖苷(3-O-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-ambinpyranosyl]-hederagenin NG8)、蔗糖(Sucrose NG9)、二十六酸(Hexacosanoic acid NG10)、硬脂酸(Stearic acid NG11)、1-二十烯(1-Eicosene NG12)、十六烷酸甘油酯(1-O-hexadecanolenin NG13)、β-谷甾醇(β-Sitosterol NG14)、胡
【Abstract】 Abstract: This doctoral dissertation dealed with the phytochemical and pharmacological studies on two medicinal plants, Nigella glandulifera Freyn et Sint. and Carthamus tinctorius L.. In the meantime, this dissertation reviewed the chemical and pharmacological reseach works about Carthamus genus.Nigella glandulifera Freyn et Sint., a plant of Nigella genus in Ranunculaceae family, is widely distributed in Xinjiang, Yunnan and Xizang. In order to find some better compounds with antitumor activity, we made a systematic research on this plant.Using kinds of chromatography technique, 16 compounds were isolated, on the basis of chemical methods and spectroscopic analysis, their structures were determined as Nigeglanine (NG1), Nigeglapine (NG2), Fuzitine (NG3), Nigelloside (NG4), Nigeglanoside (NG5), Nigellamose (NG6), a-Hederin (NG7), 3-O- [β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-L- rhamno-pyranosyl -(1→2)- α-L- arabinpyranosyl]-hederagenin (NG8), Sucrose (NG9), Hexacosanoic acid (NG10), Stearic acid (NG11), 1-Eicosene (NG12), 1-O-hexadecanolenin (NG13), β-Sitosterol (NG14), Daucosterol
