基于原本观的网络维力与管理变革研究

【摘要】 Internet的诞生点燃了人们对网络与管理耦合问题的研究激情,推动了管理理论的不断发展。通过国内文献检索发现,现存关于网络与管理耦合问题的研究思维模式是:管理—网络。问题是,在缺乏对网络支持的系统研究情况下,为解决管理问题而选择的支持不但缺乏科学依据,也无法回答所耦合的支持是正确的。显然,我们有必要转变思维,据此本文提出了新的研究思维模式:网络—管理。 本文提出了信息空间的概念,理由是:网络空间流动的是信息资源,现实空间流动的是人财物信息四大资源,两个空间流动的同质共性资源就是信息。因此,唯有信息才能将两个空间耦合起来,故这个空间集合称之为信息空间。 那么两个空间是怎样耦合起来的呢?由于两个空间流动的同质共性资源惟有信息,网络空间所具有的优势维力可以通过信息导入现实空间,在现实空间所发生的信息变化又引发管理变革。实际上,理清耦合机理的同时也形成了“网络-信息-管理”这一研究总线。 但是,研究网络支持从何入手呢?本文基于三种考虑(见3.1),认为网络原理具有原本性,技术原理应当受到遵循,这就是本文研究网络支持问题的指导思想,简称原本观。原本观的确立,事实上已经明确了研究的始点,即原理性的开放系统互连模型(OSI)。 基于OSI,采用逻辑推理和数学方法,本文得出了网络空间所具有的三个网络维力,搭建了网络维力理论框架。网络空间重在支持信息流动,然而信息流动需要特性力的支持,特性力就是对信息流动的支持力。特性力之间存在关系并形成维度体系的时候(一般可在笛卡尔坐标系中描述),特性力被称之为维力。网络维力包括互通力、群聚力和同步力,三个维力形成的是时量效用体系。三个维力与经典流动特性非常吻合,即流向、流量和流速三个流动特性。维力也是网络空间与现实空间相比强于后者的优势支持。 (1)互通力,也被称为节点互通全网性,它源自网络空间弥漫性,支持信息在全网节点间的互通;(2)群聚力,也被称为节点量极大性,它源自网

【Abstract】 The naissance of Internet has emblazed people’s research passions on the network and management coupling problems, and promoted the continuous development of the management theory. By the searching of the domestic literature, the author finds that the existing research thinking mode on the network and management coupling problems is: management--network. The problem is that, under the circumstances that there’s the lack of systemic research on network support, the selected supports in order to solve the management problems are not only the lack of the scientific basis, but also disability to answer whether the coupling supports are right. Obviously, it’s necessary for us to change our thought, hereby the paper proposes a new research thinking mode: network--management.The paper proposes the information space concept, the reason is that: it’s information resources that flow in the network space, and in the reality space, there’re four resources flowing which are people, capital, material and information, and the flowing homogenous common resource of the two spaces is information. Therefore, only the information can couple the two spaces, so the space congregation is called information space.However, how the two spaces couple? Because the flowing homogenous common resource of the two spaces is only information, the network space’s superiority dimension-force may be conducted into the reality space through information, therefore the information change in the reality space initiates the management innovations. In fact, this paper makes clear the coupling mechanism, at the same time also forms its research main outline "network--information--management".But, where should the research on the network support start from?
