电能质量远程监测与有源电力滤波研究

【摘要】 电能是现代社会最重要的能源,无论是工农业生产,还是人们的日常生活都离不开电能。因此,电网的稳定安全,电能质量的高低,直接影响着国民经济的发展。随着大量新型电力电子设备投入电网中实用,它们在提高生产率的同时也带来了电能质量问题。这些电能质量问题不但对用电设备造成危害,还对电网的安全、稳定运行构成了威胁。因此,为提高电能质量而进行的研究工作具有重要的意义。围绕提高电能质量这一目的,本文主要在电能质量的远程监测与有源电力滤波技术方面开展了以下的工作。 为了从整体上掌握电网的电能质量情况,本文设计了基于internet的电能质量远程监测系统,该系统利用FTP协议将电网各节点采样数据传送到中心服务器上进行综合分析。为电能质量问题的综合治理工作提供一个有力的工具。 直接传输大量的采样数据需要很高的带宽,使得远程监测系统的应用受到限制。为了能在窄带数据网络上实现远程实时监测,本文从采样数据自身的特点出发,提出了基于离散余弦变换的电能质量数据压缩方法。该方法的应用,提高了数据通信的效率,同时减小了数据占用的存储空间。 有源电力滤波器是改善电能质量的新型设备,它能同时实现谐波、无功、三相不平衡的综合补偿。有源滤波器中畸变电流的实时精确检测,对有源电力滤波器的滤波性能有着重要影响。为此,本文对有源电力滤波器中畸变电流的检测方法进行了研究,提出了三相电压不对称时谐波与基波有功、无功电流的精确检测方法。 电网中的有害电流变化速度快且有很大的随机性。因此,对有源滤波器的控制系统提出了很高的要求。为此,本文将矢量控制与模糊控制相结合,提出了有源电力滤波器的模糊矢量控制技术。仿真结果表明模糊矢量控制方法的滤波效果优于传统的三角载波控制方法。 电网是一个复杂的非线性大系统,有源电力滤波器也是由IGBT等非线性电路组成。由于神经网络在非线性复杂系统的控制中具有的优势,本文对神经网络在有源电力滤波器中的应用进行了探讨,提出了由BP神经网络和RBF神经网络组成的并行双神经网络控制器。仿真结果表明,

【Abstract】 Electric Power is the most important energy in modern society. Electric power plays important roles in industry production and our lives. The stability of the power system and the quality of electric power affect the development of national economy. More and more power electronic equipments are used in the power system. They are making a lot of power quality problem when they improve productivity. These problems not only harm the electric equipments, but also threaten stability of the power system. It is very significant to research on improving power quality. In order to improve power quality, this paper focuses on long-distant detecting of power system and active power filter technology. It consists of following work.A long-distant power quality detecting system based on Internet is designed in this paper in order to have a thorough grasp of power quality. This detecting system transports sampling data of power system node to center server by FTP protocol. This system can synthetically analyze power quality of the power system, and it is a powerful tool for improving power quality.A broad bandwidth is needed for transporting a mass of sampling data directly, and that restricts the application of the long-distant power quality detecting system. A data compress method based on DCT transform has been proposed in order to used the detecting system in a narrow bandwidth network. This method can improve the data communication efficiency, and deduce the memory room.The active power filter is novel equipment for improving power quality. It can compensate the harmonics, reactive power, three-phase asymmetry simultaneously. It is important for active power filter to detect the distorting current accurately. A precision detection method has been proposed in this paper. This method can detect harmonics, fundamental active current and reactive current in the case of unsymmetrical three-phase voltage
