【摘要】 论文在明确市政办公建筑的概念及内涵的基础之上，以市政办公建筑历史演绎的规律性及建设实践中存在的问题为先导，结合当前社会背景和国内外规划、建筑理论以及相关学科的发展趋势，以历时的、文献的、形式的研究道路为主线，将社会学、政治经济学、行政学等与建筑学相结合，采取多方法、多手段的灵活运用的融贯、综合研究，以宽阔的视野和创造性的思维提出了普适性的市政办公建筑设计理念及指导思想，在此基础上展开规划及建筑设计创意和设计原则与方法的系统研究，并以相关实践工作进行校验和修正，具有较强的理论意义和实践指导价值。 论文紧紧把握市政办公建筑的自身特征及规律性，突出了市政办公建筑的城市属性及人文内涵，注重设计传达出观念更新的信息，从实际出发确定设计理念与原则，从城市地段环境中寻找真实的立足点，从细致的关注中获得适宜的设计方法，从形象上展示其真实的性格。 论文共分五个部分，拥有详实的资料，同时不乏深刻的洞见。论文以概念解析—历史研究与借鉴—现实辨析与批判—理念建构—方法建构—实践检验为一个完整的研究流程，将集中在市政办公建筑概念解析、历史演绎的规律性、时代背景下建筑设计理念的更新和设计原则及方法四个方面。并重点做了以下积极探索： 市政办公建筑概念解析与内涵评断； 市政办公建筑历史演绎过程的规律性总结； 时代背景下与社会经济及文化进程相适应的市政办公建筑价值定位以及规划和设计的新理念； 当代市政办公建筑的功能空间构成与创新思维方式； 城市发展改造与市政办公建筑的选址基本原则； 科学发展观与市政办公建筑规模确定的定量标准； 当代城市意义上的复合多义性市政中心的概念； 市政办公建筑外部与内部空间组合的革新性、可启迪借鉴的设计原则及方法； 当代市政办公建筑艺术风格与美学形式设计的内容趋向和设计方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the concept and connotation of municipal office building and led by the history deduction rule and problems exiting in practice, the paper combines contemporary social background with urban planning、 architecture theory and tendency of other concerning subjects, takes the historical、 literal and modal research as main research route, puts sociology、 political economy、 administration and architecture design together, researches in a flexible and integrative way, takes out general theory and guiding ideology of municipal office building design which based on wide view and creative thinking. Besides it, the paper, which researches the principle and method of urban planning and architecture design in a system and exams and adjusts the research by practice, has great theoretical and practical guide value.The paper emphasizes not only the character and principle, but also the urban nature, humanistic intention and concept review transmitting design, furthermore, decides theory and principle based on real condition, deduces the real stand from local circumstance, gets suitable design method by detailed observation, brings forth real character by image.The paper, which is established on the research flow of concept explanation——history study and reference——reality analyses and criticizing——idea construction——method construction——practice examination, is comprised of five parts, includingdetailed materials and deeply analyses, concentrates on the following four aspects: concept explanation、 principles of history deduction、 renew under era background、 design principles and methods.
